Let's go over some details answering the big question - can Maria Flores be found at Nancy's house?
In this series, we'll be discussing our thoughts and diving into the clues and speculation as to what really happened to Maria Flores and further details on how she ran into the tangled web of the Slaughter Family.

I have a feeling the devs are going to hold off on putting Maria’s body in any map until the Museum mode drops. That’s the only logical answer I can come up with imo.
Yeah I definitely think it would make it more special that way, either that or where it takes some sort of objective to access
If i remember correctly all maria victim interactions were found by leakers in the code for the museum mode
@@fumycase They were found for the ‘junkyard map’ aka Nancy’s house, that’s why everyone thought she could be found here to begin with. But it was never confirmed or denied and with no luck so far, she might’ve been pulled back and placed in a future map or museum mode if they still decide to include her (which I hope they do)
Originally she was supposed to be on Nancy's map. They even had voice dialogue for each survivor.

This is my favourite part of the Texas Chain Saw Massacre Game community, the lore of TCM is so interesting to me. I’m literally obsessed with the game rn basically ever since it came out, but I was kinda disappointed at the lack of videos of fans making theories/speculations about the games’ universe but I’m glad I finally found someone!! I subscribed, love your content so far!!

me and 6 of my friends went into a custom lobby and we searched Nancy's House for 7 Hours. The second it came out.

I hope you do a deep dive! The whole situation is creepy. Cook has a voice line which he says “I’m sorry about your friend, we couldn’t have Johnny spring a love child around here” it has me thinking was maria kept alive for some time to enable a pregnancy so they killed her off because johnny does say “ i was actually fond of that girl I didn’t mean to hurt her but….. family first”.
I will definitely be taking a further look at her disappearance and several of the voicelines soon. Stay tuned!
Johnny is a serial killer, He kills for pleasure. Maria was just another victim. He definitely had no emotions towards her.
I believe that if the body was somewhere in the maps, someone would've found it by now. But just like you said, since the story is based on that they should include her at some point. It would be amazing if it was very hard to find by maybe doing some tasks

This was probably one of the best TCM videos I've seen 👏 As victims we never check the blood buckets. Maybe we just haven't hid in the right spot for her to fall on us possibly under us when we hide in the freezer or next to us in the closet 🤔

Very good video, thank you for making it. I agree with you that currently Maria is not in the game. It would be so cool if the Devs add Maria on one of the maps in the future.
Has Maria ever been confirmed as dead? There's always the possibility that she will be introduced as a playable character along with the map you "find" her on. The Family has kept people alive before, and her sister & boyfriend are in the game. It seems obvious she would be dead, but they could go for a twist.

Yes Maria is dead, it was confirmed that all of the playable victims are dead as well since this game is a prequel and the family’s canabalism secret never got out and police reported multiple people missing during the events of the 1st movie(the victims from this game).
@@Unchainedful Yes, but that doesn't mean Maria is dead at the time of Ana, Danny, and the rest arriving. I think she's dead, but there are a few things that make it seem possible they're heading towards a twist.

I have a feeling (as well as a hope) that Maria is actually still alive and will be unlocked after doing the Museum mode, hopefully a new Family member can be unlocked in that mode as well…

People say that Maria will be found during museum mode, but then… What the hell are the survivor voicelines for? Maybe they'll still be used in museum mode, as if in museum mode you play as someone in the search party, and then you just find Maria and the voicelines play when everyone finds Maria.
If the virtual cabin is replayable, then perhaps if that's the case then each time you get to the end of it a different voiceline plays depending on who you're playing as? Because it'd be kinda weird if all of the voicelines started playing at the same time
Well we are getting a museum mode, new map called "The Mill" and a new family member, and victim, all within a three month timeline.

One thing I noticed with ALL of the maps is that there is always one little detail that seems out of place, just some things you wouldnt think too much of....
Maria's hobby was photography, she was literally there taking pictures of flowers until Johnny caught up to her, and who ELSE likes taking pictures? Nubbins aka Hitchhiker- I wouldnt put it past the camera being hers either. I feel if anyone did anything with the remains, Hitchhiker would be the one, especially knowing his arts and crafts in what he does with the bodies in the cemeteries....
Also another theory suggests that Leatherface's pretty woman mask is in fact Mariah's but at this point, just speculation....
IMHO They should do a single player campaign- The story is a prequel, its not like ALL of these friends survived and lived to tell the tale otherwise there'd be no first TCSM.

my theory is that you need to get dannys knowledge bar full and then somewhere on nancys house you can use it to do something to find maria
I've thought about this too, I tried as both Danny and Ana with another Danny to inspect different areas in the basement but couldn't find anything by doing that. But I mean it's kinda rare to get Danny's bar completely full and still manage to be alive, so it would keep it rare. Or even if he had to have a full bar then apply his ability to the fusebox and somewhere else opened up... I certainly think something like that could be possible

I've been walking around the basement in Nancy's house before and heard my player (Danny or Ana) start saying No no no or another sad line, but when looking around I don't see what they're reacting too

Yeah the voicelines trigger sometimes when a teammate has died there, and after a certain time their body disappears from the match so it could’ve been you went in that area. It seems like the lines happen more when you’re walking but not if you’re running past them from my experience

The hole under the car is in fact for fixing the car. But the theory still applies. My uncle had this hole (no idea how its called in english) but with a further entrance to his secret stash.

I thought we just had this conversation when the map first came out it’s already confirmed that Maria is not on the Nancy house map.
To my knowledge it was never officially confirmed or denied, so I figured I'd do some searching and make a fun video out of it
I remember when the information about Nancy, Danny and the map has leaked, a map called "scrapyard" was mentioned to be the one added to the game; instead we got a map called "Nancy's House", so my question is: Is Nancy's backyard considered as "Scrapyard" or the leak was talking about a different map that was supposed to come?

Yes, I believe Nancy's map is labeled as the junkyard map in the files if I'm remembering correctly. Apparently tomorrow there's going to be a community check-in stream with talks of an upcoming patch and future content coming 👀

Nice video keep it going. If you listen to the radio in one part it says a report about suspects cant be confirmed nor deny that they think siblings and sissy the younger sister. Jonny the adopted son parent killed by Nancy and took Jonny and twisted him as her own child.
Ah i think the other maps sbouldnt be overlooked, i think its not explicitly said, but there were some pieces of evidence that lead the victims to believe, "hey Maria could have been here," or maybe they were lead to believe that by the family to keep their tracks hidden. But to be safe is there more evidence to rule out other maps?

I've been holding off my second maria flores documentary for a while now thinking the body would be found on this map. Unfortunately I have to halt it and wait till we get it in game. I posted my first documentary 3 months ago and I feel like it's long over due for a part 2.

I sound like an idiot for asking but who’s Maria? I kinda just clicked on the vid because I’ve been interested in the tcm game and I don’t really know the story (the video was awesome btw even if I didn’t understand the full context)
Maria is Ana's sister, Danny's girlfriend and the rest of the victims' friend from college; she's the one who went missing and her disappearance led to her loved ones searching for her, and them ending up being ambushed/captured by the Slaughter family - hence how and why in the game they start restrained in the basement. Essentially, she's the catalyst for the events in the game :-)

I admire your optimism but I don’t think they’ve even thought about that at all. Would be a neat Easter egg but I just don’t have faith in the devs to be that forward thinking
About Maria being found? Not that it was confirmed, but if there's any truth to what was leaked then they definitely did. She's a major part of the story and there's countless lines that allude to Johnny keeping victims/her being kept/able to be found
@@justfanci yes about Maria. With the game in the state that it is now I really don’t think they have at all. She’s not a major part of the game as much as she is the set up to the characters motivation to being in the game itself. The voice lines can be applied to her in certain aspects I’m sure but they don’t really allude to that.

This is probably stupid and will never happen but if Maria would be still alive what if there was a cool escort kinda system where you find Maria and untie her and being her out of the family house and escape with her for extra XP but however your stamina would be cut in half and the family could catch up and kill Maria and you too if you don't drop her and run

@@redhoodprince5455Like I said in the video, there were supposed leaks but none of that was confirmed so it can’t be considered reliable as things can be scrapped or changed and not finalized. This was just more focused on searching for her specifically on Nancy’s house map and theorizing on other possible locations she could be found IF they implement her into the game at some point

I mean I don’t blame them if they originally did plan to have Maria be found here then changed/scrapped the idea after the leakers ruined such a major surprise. I just hope that eventually she can be found because she’s still a huge part of the story and I would hate for something like that to go to waste
