The end of your video was very funny…during this entire video I was thinking-“MSH just has game…no doubt about it!” So seeing the end was funny! You are really good and this is another video with an overload of good info! Thank you.
Great advice MSH. You give me hope to break 90 next year (ha ha). I need to strategize more and definitely work on my lag putts. Far too many three putts.
I wish I was as talented as you. My goal this year is to go from a 12.7 to a single digit. I know I have it in me. I’m striking the ball now as well as I ever have as far as consistency. I’m 66 and usually play the tees as close to 6000 yards as I can. Maybe longer if I know the ground is firm and the ball is rolling. I like to play where I can reach the greens on par 4s with a short iron or wedge. I’ll be using as much as I can remember of your strategies. Wish me luck!!! Jerry Oh, and you make your own luck 🍀! You’re good!!
My course is closed so watching you is the next best thing. My question is do you use a lower compression ball like a Callaway super soft in cold weather.
Good video. Reminds me I need to manage my IQ when I'm on the course! Your "lucky" comment reminded me of my favorite shot yesterday. I was playing a particularly bad first 9 holes. . . . skulled my 5 hybrid on a 170ish yard approach to a green. Thought I was around 15 yards short of the green, but couldn't find the ball. Unbelievably looked further up and there is was about 5 feet from the hole! Then, proceeded to 3 putt for my bogey! Thanks as always for the video!
Great video, this is the goal to improve when you are trying to break 90. Bogeys seem within reach to most golfers and then the pressure of bogeying doesn't mess the brain up and add pressure equalling worse shots! Thanks!
@mistahshorthitter one more thing, just wanted to say thanks for doing a review and Spalding SdTour X. My dad and I absolutely love them and they are soo cheap too!! Keep up the great content!
If I'm under 100 yards to the green with no obstacles, I will more often than not hit a 7 or 8 iron and bounce and roll ot onto the green. No more sculling it or fatting it. It's helped me break 90.
Dude... Your good shots are NOT due to luck. You have a lot of skill. Yes, you might not hit it where you aimed it, but you know your tendencies and your mis-hits are still good!!!
All can say is Wow, I found your channel by mistake - I was looking for voiceover videos…I’ve watched a lot of pro’s on TH-cam…but what I see in your video and the simple, but EXCELLENT method you provide is the BEST!!! this is my channel forever ever!!! All I can say is WOW!!! GREAT VIDEO!!! - Thanks Rich
@@mistahshorthitter Question for you... When I played golf, it was generally 30 rounds at 25 different courses over the year. We would rarely play the same course more than twice per year. You mentioned in another video that you struggle when playing courses that are NOT your home course. How many strokes would you say you improved by playing one course as your main course?
Every day on the course is different. You play like a pro some days. You do not miss a shot. Other days, it is like you just began. Maybe a little exaggeration, but it is important to know you tendencies. Where do you miss hit shots.
I disagree with your statement that your good shots are due to luck,, no sir, your bad shots are made good shots due to proper planning, and your good shots turn out great due to that same proper planning! Is not the object to make our bad shots better?.. LOL !

You got it, Dave! Thank you!
Love the simplicity of your game. Not over analyzing, just playing within your means. Greatly reducing the risk of bad shots.
Thanks MSH 🤘😎
Thank you!
Also, i love the jazz selections. Very chill. I hope you dont change that.
Thank you!
Hitting a ball in play (especially off the tee) does wonders for one's spirits. It makes the remainder of the hole look so much brighter.

@mistahshorthitter no problem my guy, got to get these views and interactions up. You and Golf Sidekick are my favorites.

Another great video. Ignore the people who troll. Lol people always have opinions but many never put in the work to prove their opinion.

Smart golf to score? The six inches between your ears are important to good golf scores?
Well thought out and demonstrated video MSH!

Question for Sir Short Hitter, (smirk) Need to fill a gap between a 6 hybrid and a 7 wood. 5 hybrid or 9 wood?
Club gapping is an individual decision. You have to decide based on the flight and carry numbers you are looking for along with comfort level.

Good to hear!
Too cold for me to golf. More power to you.
I'm in the Midwest. We have different tolerance for cold. The heat gets to me.
Great advice as always. Thanks MSH! Poor clubface control? LOL!
😁 I laughed at it too!
Holy shit. Just subbed, and I'm first, haven't even watched yet. Go get it.

Thank you for watching!
The Peete's were awesome athletes.
I appreciate you, Jason!!
Great video! Still covered in snow here. I'm pretty sure you were the only one on the golf course!😁Thank you!
I appreciate you watching! It was a cold one!
You should hold a contest where the winner gets to play 18 holes with you at your home course.
Now that's an interesting thought! Could get expensive. There are viewers from all over the world!
Now bogey's I can do, bogey, double bogey, triple bogey. . 👍

You have to get good before you can get lucky.
I've seen a lot of lucky shots!
Your good shots are due to luck? I DON’T think so! Your “miss hit” is better than most of my good shots.
