I am thinkng beetwen this one and Philips 24M1N3200ZA. MSI has 4x time faster matrix as it has 1ms GTG that's what caught my attention, but have just generic Adaptive Sync, meanwhile the orther one has 4ms GTG but certifed G-sync compatibleness. I've been told that MSI have not developed a good quality yet they are new to this field and i may experience some problems, and i also want to be sure that Adaptive Sync will work as it should with my nvidia gpu( i am really counting on the sync technology since my 2060 does not provide stabe FPS in heavy games). I am in the blue study should i risk quality and sync compatibleness for the faster rapid IPS matrix or should i choose slower one with certified product 🤔. What is your experience using this monitor?
Hello, I recently bought this monitor and I will help you clarify the doubts regarding the adaptive sync that brings this monitor, in general it works very well, I have a gtx 1080 and if it has helped me a lot with the tearing, if you want to activate the G-sync is through DP cable and detect it without any problem, with respect to whether to recommend this monitor is that if, for the price and what it offers this monitor makes it a good option.
@@ronaldotherealgoat8195 I've scanned the market and chose neither of these. From what I learned, for a decent FullHD option I would recommend either the ASUS TUF 23.8" VG249QL3A or the AOC 23.8" 24G4X. Both have FastIPS (1 ms GTG) and are G-Sync compatible. The ASUS supports FreeSync Premium, while the AOC supports Adaptive Sync, which only matters if you have an AMD GPU. The ASUS has a Variable Overdrive feature (a technology that applies variable voltage to pixels in respect to the current refresh rate, supposed to lower response time and reduce ghosting). However, I am not qualified enough to say if it actually works as it should in G-Sync compatible mode since Nvidia's approach to this technology lies in their G-Sync modules, while AMD's approach is to leave it up to the monitor manufacturer. Additionally, the ASUS has a significantly better stand made of metal with height adjustment and three adjustment angles. Otherwise, there is not much difference between the two.

After scanning the market for a while for a decent 180Hz FullHD model, I would recommend either the Asus TUF VG259QL3A or the AOC 24G4X. MSI is still good; I would prefer some of their senior models over other brands. However, some of its models may have matrix and other quality problems, while others do not. In this case, there are not enough reviews to determine the odds of getting a defective one. I also wanted a monitor with a Variable Overdrive feature, so I chose ASUS over any other option.
