    This option is no longer available on FCPX, can you do an updated version?

    Remove Low Frequencies does not appear in Mac Ventura 13.4 or Final Cut Pro 10.6.6 not sure how to get it. Anyone else not have it?

    I know FCPX just had an update but I can't find the remove low frequency filter under the EQ audio effects table! I've looked through all the audio effects, nothing looks like frequency removal! This wedding ceremony video has so much wind!

      I think I found a fix with this update. Theres an option called voice isolation. Pull the slider as much to the right as needed. I had BAD wind and it got rid of it. May need to eg to get the voice to sound a bit more normal, but that got rid of the wind completely .

    It now seems to be called Remove Low Frequencies 2, and even though I've applied it to both audio channels, it seems to do very little even when both are set to 100%. I am unable to see the adjustment panel you show in the video, I only have a slider.

    Why not use the Voice Isolation?

    • @michaeltowe7395
      @michaeltowe7395  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could certainly do that as well, or in place of this. I would try both and see what works best.

    Came here to say the same thing. Remove Low Frequency is no longer there or has been renamed. Still on th ehunt for wind reduction process. Great vid otherwise though.

      @@AlbertCadabra You can still use a channel EQ and just cut the low end frequencies. I would do this in conjunction with the "Voice Isolation" tool for best results.

    You should update the title to something like "Remove wind noise FCPX in 3 minutes!"
    Your video seriously out of all of them I looking at is similar information but just to the point....
    These other videos are 10+ minutes of none sense and plugs...so annoying
    Sorry rant complete, but great vid. man

      Done! But I made it in under 5 minutes because the video is 4:29 ;-) I'm with you though amigo, I don't need 30 minutes of back story for a flipping tutorial! Just tell me what I need to know. Thanks for the comment and for watching.
