Northampton Transport Heritage Trust Return To Market Square 2019

Vintage bus action from Northampton features in this film as the Northampton Heritage Transport Trust held its 2nd "Return To Market Square Event". As you can see the weather was certainly mixed but with a varied selection of buses and trips around the local area there was plenty of interest to see. The open toppers proved to be especially popular except when the heavens opened.
The film starts with some buses arriving including a 1950 Bristol K before Northampton 154 is seen at Dallington. The action is then concentrated around The Drapery and All Saints Church with frequent arrivals and departures. There is footage aboard a 1990 Leyland Olympian No. 654 and a 1950 Sun Stream Coaches Bedford OB en route to Upper Harlestone.
