2. Showroom demo purpose or exhibit purpose on public places - Motor trade - Trade risk/Road Risk.
3. Within Showroom compund until vehicle leaves out of showroom gate: Motor Trade - Internal premises.
4. Once purchased and out of showroom gate - your own vehicle insurance policy.
5. Once back at the showroom/service centre for repairs or servicing, if damaged by them - Motor trade - Internal Premises Risk.

That’s completely incorrect. Car manufacturer pays for insurance till it is delivered to the dealers lot. Post that until the car leaves the showroom for good it’s on the dealer. This is for general cars like Toyota etc. for luxury cars this may differ from country to country or even dealer to dealer.
