It might sound ridiculous but bring Tupperware to the dining hall and get extras so you can eat it later. A friend of mine did this for the first two years of college because her plan only had one meal a day also.

Watching your vlogs made me go back to school I'm sophomore but I dropped out my freshman year just because I was dealing with the death of my grandmother then a week later the death of my god mother then to turn around a month later to deal with the death of my best friend I literally told my parents that I wasn't mentally stable to finish I had to much going on and I had no one to talk to about these things I was going through everyday life acting like everything was all peaches and cream.. So once I moved in with my parents again they are stationed in Japan I kept watching your vlogs and came to realize I need to get back in school so I can keep my mind on other things and get a degree so thank you
Sorry to hear about the love ones you loss. If you still feel like you need to talk to someone don't be afraid to go see a therapist. I hope you find your way back to school. and wish you much success.
