This is an affordable housing project on a large site. We are in the Schematic Design phase and need to get the Site Plan approved by the city Planning and Development Department before moving on. I'm finishing the Site Plan by drawing and modeling the important things needed to show for review.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a licensed Architect. I am a Designer working in an architectural firm. I am currently taking my license exams but have not passed them so I cannot legally call myself an Architect yet. I use the term "Architect" in these videos to avoid having to explain all of this each time.
Please don't ask me to design your house. I can't legally do that yet.
