I bought one of these from the local TSC store. Nothing but problems. First, the saw had no bar adjustment guide that allows the the bolt to push out of the brake which loosens the bar/chain and the nest thing you will see is the chain coming back at your face when cutting. Not to bad if you don't like your face. Second, when using the saw, it will shut off for no reason. It takes about 2 days sitting before it will start again. Third, the extended warranty is a fraud. If you have problems with it, just bring it back and we will give you a new one. NOT. You half to take your saw to a designated repair shop where it will sit for at least 5 months, and then, the problems will not be fixed. TSC has erased my complaints from the internet. Buy at your own risk, because Jonsered nor TSC could care less.

Should the fuel mix with the 2 cycle oil or plain fuel in the specific compartment?

I have a CS 2165. I am looking to purchase a ripping chain for this saw. Jonsered, do you sell a ripping chain that will fit this Saw or can you refer me an aftermarket company that is reliable that I could contact.

I see you very fast how to fill the gas. My question is , as the new "smart" fuel can dispensers are incapable of filling anything straight down, they are useless for chainsaw, mowers, generators, etc .. So how did you fill this with the can you showed as you just poked it in, and no over splash?? It looks like you used the same type of can for gas and oil as well. Did you actually put gas in, or was that just done for scripting. with the only cans on the market for the last 6 years, and all the older actual functional ones have been banned from sale in the US, you have to pour at an angle with pressure on the fuel tank lip. you cannot lay it on it's side, as the fuel will not flow out of the can unless it is filled to the very top (simple laws of physics) . Unless you get one of the horizontal flow fuel cans with a beer keg like push button release valve. I was just wondering how you did it, that's all.

two things this guy didn't tell us, one- when you change the chain - back off the chain adjuster when you loosen the nuts so when you put the other chain on ( which may be newer ) and when adj- the chain, put down pressure on the bar to take up the slack on the bar.

Finally I found a vid where you pronounce your brand name.
I went through a dozen ads with bad 80's music and no dialog.

That's the American pronunciation. In Swedish they say e-un-sidea. ( trust me, I’ve heard real authentic Swedes say it that way.)Husquvarna is Hoosk-varna.

"Stihl" is pronounced "steel" in German. I've even heard "shteel." Others say "still."
