Love this drink. I want one of those tshirts lol.
I love this..I haven't got to get it in a long time. But I did that and thives ..for some reason I lost weight..fast too...I had energy ..no shaky feeling...just like I was 16 or something.
When is the best time to take this drink -- in an empty stomach or with food? Since it is cold, most people find it difficult to take this drink in an empty stomach in the morning. Is it possible to take this as kind of a dessert or after food or after meal drink?

I love Ningxia Red and the Ningxia Zyng and the Nitro. I forgot to take my 2 shots yesterday and boy did I feel the difference by 1:30 in the afternoon. Sorry that I didn't bring in a can of Zyng and a tube of Nitro!
I am on the fence regarding my first purchase of Ningxia Red. All the benefits sound great but $30-$35 for one 25 ounce bottle is really a lot of money. What I really am looking for is help with my vision. I am getting flashes in my vision and am hoping that the NR can help with my eye retina health.
