Once Reigns interfered WWE championship match, the men's rumble match became too predictable.. I also liked Rousey's return.. But when I ask myself the question if Lesnar and Rousey need to win RR, my answer is no.. Both of them could just walk to the champion and ask for a championship match and I did't think anyone would mind it.. I prefer a guy like Styles, Cesaro or McIntyre and woman like Morgan, Naomi or even Sonya Devill to win these matches to get that push which would follow till WrestleMania or even further..
Lesnar was pointless, yes. Ronda, no. When you realize that the current champions are her last opponents during her last match, it has the possibility to be great storytelling. Will she chooses Charlotte or Becky? If done right, this will be amazing

I think we are disappointed because before the Rumble everything seemed kind of unpredictable but as the show happened everything became more and more predictable and made the show underwhelming.

I love this version of Brock Lesnar but I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda disappointed he won because once he lost the title to Lashley and Roman interfered I knew he was gonna pull up to the Rumble match and win. I'm not mad because I get it, Roman and Brock are in a feud but I just wish he didn't have to win the Rumble in order for that match at Mania.
I only watched the Women's Rumble (I only enjoy women's wrestling personally), and it was heartbreaking. Eliminating returning stars like Melina and Cameron immediately, having the Bella twins eliminate Liv and Sarah, missing so many opportunities for moments and callbacks, like having a Funkadyctals reunion. I despise Charlotte and Rhonda, and it was extremely frustrating to see them in the final 2, and have Rhonda, who talked so badly about wrestling after she left, get a one way ticket to Wrestlemania when so many women never get the chance in their whole career. I'm tired of Charlotte constantly getting pushed so hard and never giving the other women anything.
The Men's Rumble was really a regret to watch, too many jabronis that would never have a chance at actually winning, not enough feel good legend returns, no Finn Balor, and the winner should've been someone who needed it more. What a wasted chance to build a star

So the women likely had to speedrun the rehearsal and almost everyone looked lost and confused at times (like Tamina stopping nearly every elimination attempt and Rhea and Bianca forgetting certain spots). If they weren't confused they were just camping in the corner or on the apron And to counterpoint your Ronda claim, it's not that they need Ronda because it's Ronda, it's that they need Ronda because they've fumbled the bag on so many women's wrestlers that could've been major stars (Hi Rhea) because they want to keep Becky and Charlotte at the top. There only reason the “golden girls” exist is because there’s a lack of women who can do what they do in the first place. WWE makes stars when they see them e.g Bianca Belair. She’s someone who had a ceiling above her in NXT until they gave her a chance to let her character and physical prowess (two VERY important things to appeal to the WWE audience) shine. She EASILY became one of the most popular women during the pandemic era when she held the title. Rhea? What else does she have besides being good in the ring. Finished watching Mens Royal Rumble. What a mess!! No one knew what was going on. The booking was 2015 weak. This was a big spit on all the storylines building and going on in the WWE right now. I have no problem with Lesnar winning the Rumble but at least make it interesting This looked like a Royal Rumble not on a PPV but on some house show. Here are some things that happened: - Owens and McIntyre brawled like they are rivals - Neither of the Mysterios eliminated each other. Let alone in the ring at the same time. - Neither of Rated RKO eliminated each other let alone showed any tension. - Kofi botched (not Kofi's fault, fault of the booker's who I'm sure would've told the spot 30 mins earlier with no practice) - Madcap Ross eliminated AJ fucking Styles - Austin Theory doing nothing of value. - Random roughness of the sequences - Absolutely no pause spots (Sorry, there was one. Brock Lesnar and freakin' Bad Bunny) - When a superstar enters, first half a minute is his. The moment any wrestler came out of that curtain, he had no idea who to target, which move to execute and how to respond to the crowd. *Honestly, the leaked Rumble booking was a 100 folds better* .
No kidding, Lesnar is already established as one of the greatest athletes in history, either in wrestling and MMA. Lesnar is already multi time world champion, Royal Rumble and Moneyin the Bank winners. The man has done everything there is do in the company and has nothing left to prove. It was unnecessary for him with the Rumble. Even if WWE were Hell bent on a Roman vs. Brock match. Here's how I would've done it - Lashley wins the title, so Lesnar goes on a tear in the Elimination Chamber (something we haven't seen before), which he uses to face Reigns at Mania. Have Asuka return and win the Rumble match, face Charlotte at Mania and FINALLY get her win back... Again something we haven't seen since Charlotte beat her twice for the title. Ronda can just demand her rematch, and boom - Ronda vs Becky tells itself. As for the mens match, have either Styles, Owens or Big E win and be a credible threat to Lashley. Raw really needs some top stars and those guys can be just that. It's so simple, but as per usual WWE complicates the f*ck out of everything.

I am still a bit confused on how Brock got in the Rumble. He was the WWE Championship at the beginning of the show and I assumed that the entrants were known before the show so how did he get a spot. Did he know he was going to get betrayed and got his entrant number before hand or did he steal a number because I am almost positive this hasn't happened before other than the 2019 Rumble where Becky lose her title match against Asuka and had to steal Lana's number

WWE does need Ronda, that's undeniable, but while she does bring attention to the women's division and keeps it from being generally a dead division, it moreso brings attention to her specifically and kicks the rest of the women to the curb. Of course that's no fault of her own, she's a star bigger than WWE, she doesn't need them, they need her, so they're gonna build it all around her. While I would prefer Becky vs Ronda, I do think it's gonna be Charlotte instead, while they do Bianca vs Becky to finally put Bianca over Becky since they've been having Becky constantly do everything in her power to avoid Bianca.

They're ticket movers, they would have been given title matches regardless.The Royal Rumble match is supposed to create an opportunity for someone you wouldn't expect to become champion. The last legit person to win the Royal Rumble was Drew Mcintyre. To hell and back he fought his way back, eliminate Brock at RR (Epic moment), wins it. Beat Brock to fulfilling his long destiny of being the Champion and top guy. Shame COVID hits and no one was there during his title reign.
this ppv was just not good. for instance both the men, and womens royal rumble really weren't all that good. brock lesnar vs bobby lashley was such a let down. it had no dream match feel to it. it was boring, slow paced, and had a bad ending. seth rollins vs roman was good, but it also had a garbage ending that just ruined the feel of the match. this is why people don't like wwe anymore they have no clue what they're doing anymore. this ppv wasn't worth sitting down for 4 to 5 hours to watch.
Some eliminations like Kelly Kelly's made so little sense. She's been in multiple Rumble matches so why would she be so dumb to use a move that would put her in such a dangerous position

I think we are disappointed because before the Rumble everything seemed kind of unpredictable but as the show happened everything became more and more predictable and made the show underwhelming.

The thing is the 2014 rumble wasnt that bad its just the winner and lack of Daniel Bryan that sucked, the 1995 and 1999 rumbles are way worse when you take everything in consideration.

I love this version of Brock Lesnar but I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda disappointed he won because once he lost the title to Lashley and Roman interfered I knew he was gonna pull up to the Rumble match and win. I'm not mad because I get it, Roman and Brock are in a feud but I just wish he didn't have to win the Rumble in order for that match at Mania.
I only watched the Women's Rumble (I only enjoy women's wrestling personally), and it was heartbreaking. Eliminating returning stars like Melina and Cameron immediately, having the Bella twins eliminate Liv and Sarah, missing so many opportunities for moments and callbacks, like having a Funkadyctals reunion. I despise Charlotte and Rhonda, and it was extremely frustrating to see them in the final 2, and have Rhonda, who talked so badly about wrestling after she left, get a one way ticket to Wrestlemania when so many women never get the chance in their whole career. I'm tired of Charlotte constantly getting pushed so hard and never giving the other women anything.

The Men's Rumble was really a regret to watch, too many jabronis that would never have a chance at actually winning, not enough feel good legend returns, no Finn Balor, and the winner should've been someone who needed it more. What a wasted chance to build a star

The Ronda stuff wasn't reported until days before, and it was confirmed the day off that she was there. So the women likely had to speedrun the rehearsal and almost everyone looked lost and confused at times (like Tamina stopping nearly every elimination attempt and Rhea and Bianca forgetting certain spots). If they weren't confused they were just camping in the corner or on the apron
And to counterpoint your Ronda claim, it's not that they need Ronda because it's Ronda, it's that they need Ronda because they've fumbled the bag on so many women's wrestlers that could've been major stars (Hi Rhea) because they want to keep Becky and Charlotte at the top. No it doesn't. Liv isn't up there because WWE won't let her get over that hump. Becky's the golden girl. Can't be that top star if you keep losing the big matches. There only reason the “golden girls” exist is because there’s a lack of women who can do what they do in the first place. WWE makes stars when they see them e.g Bianca Belair. She’s someone who had a ceiling above her in NXT until they gave her a chance to let her character and physical prowess (two VERY important things to appeal to the WWE audience) shine. She EASILY became one of the most popular women during the pandemic era when she held the title. Rhea? What else does she have besides being good in the ring. She definitely doesn’t have the character to put herself over. That’s why she feels lacklustre. THAT’S why WWE has to lean on more over stars, who GARNER REACTION. Because the girlies, besides a handful, aren’t cutting it.

No one knew what was going on. The booking was 2015 weak. This was a big spit on all the storylines building and going on in the WWE right now.
I have no problem with Lesnar winning the Rumble but at least make it interesting
This looked like a Royal Rumble not on a PPV but on some house show.
Here are some things that happened:
- Owens and McIntyre brawled like they are rivals
- Neither of the Mysterios eliminated each other. Let alone in the ring at the same time.
- Neither of Rated RKO eliminated each other let alone showed any tension.
- Kofi botched (not Kofi's fault, fault of the booker's who I'm sure would've told the spot 30 mins earlier with no practice)
- Madcap Ross eliminated AJ fucking Styles
- Austin Theory doing nothing of value.
- Random roughness of the sequences
- Absolutely no pause spots (Sorry, there was one. Brock Lesnar and freakin' Bad Bunny)
- When a superstar enters, first half a minute is his. The moment any wrestler came out of that curtain, he had no idea who to target, which move to execute and how to respond to the crowd.

No kidding, Lesnar is already established as one of the greatest athletes in history, either in wrestling and MMA. Lesnar is already multi time world champion, Royal Rumble and Moneyin the Bank winners. The man has done everything there is do in the company and has nothing left to prove. It was unnecessary for him with the Rumble.
Even if WWE were Hell bent on a Roman vs. Brock match. Lesnar could have just beaten The Usos in a handicap match or qualification match or even Elimination Chamber match to challenge Reigns. But for him to win the Rumble was just 😑😑😑. WWE could have built up somebody like Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens and Big E with a Rumble victory. But they chose to go the other away around.

Lashley won the title and he has no proper feuds going on. Who the fuck is gonna challenge him? And based on what? There's no build up for anyone. And considering he won the title at 44 years of age and this being his second run, I really doubt he will drop the title to anyone at Elimination Chamber or WrestleMania. Which makes this doubly boring. And if it's Brock vs Reigns on the other hand, it's gonna be even more boring considering Brock beating Roman kind of defeats the purpose of Roman's Reign. And Reigns beating Lesnar at this point means Jackshit. Lesnar has already put Reigns over at Summerslam and we have seen this match a million times.

Here's how I would've done it -
Lashley wins the title, so Lesnar goes on a tear in the Elimination Chamber (something we haven't seen before), which he uses to face Reigns at Mania.
Have Asuka return and win the Rumble match, face Charlotte at Mania and FINALLY get her win back... Again something we haven't seen since Charlotte beat her twice for the title. Ronda can just demand her rematch, and boom - Ronda vs Becky tells itself.
As for the mens match, have either Styles, Owens or Big E win and be a credible threat to Lashley. Raw really needs some top stars and those guys can be just that. It's so simple, but as per usual WWE complicates the f*ck out of everything.

I am still a bit confused on how Brock got in the Rumble. He was the WWE Championship at the beginning of the show and I assumed that the entrants were known before the show so how did he get a spot. Did he know he was going to get betrayed and got his entrant number before hand or did he steal a number because I am almost positive this hasn't happened before other than the 2019 Rumble where Becky lose her title match against Asuka and had to steal Lana's number

I thought it was alright. The best match I think was easily Rollins vs Reigns and i didn't mind the finish. The rest of the show was ok and even when it was just ok it was still fun. The only part I hate is that Brock was in the rumble. The mens rumble was ok, it was just Brock winning that sucked.
Also Shane being booked to be in the final 3 was kinda wack. Idk I think at best he should’ve just entered at like #15 or something and get thrown out after 5 minutes

WWE does need Ronda, that's undeniable, but while she does bring attention to the women's division and keeps it from being generally a dead division, it moreso brings attention to her specifically and kicks the rest of the women to the curb. Of course that's no fault of her own, she's a star bigger than WWE, she doesn't need them, they need her, so they're gonna build it all around her. While I would prefer Becky vs Ronda, I do think it's gonna be Charlotte instead, while they do Bianca vs Becky to finally put Bianca over Becky since they've been having Becky constantly do everything in her power to avoid Bianca.

My biggest gripe with Lesnar and Rousey winning the rumble is that they don't need to win the rumble to get a title shot at Wrestlemania. They're ticket movers, they would have been given title matches regardless.The Royal Rumble match is supposed to create an opportunity for someone you wouldn't expect to become champion. The entire hype is gone when it's won by top stars that are always in the title picture already. :/
The last legit person to win the Royal Rumble was Drew Mcintyre. To hell and back he fought his way back, eliminate Brock at RR (Epic moment), wins it. Beat Brock to fulfilling his long destiny of being the Champion and top guy. Shame COVID hits and no one was there during his title reign.

this ppv was just not good. for instance both the men, and womens royal rumble really weren't all that good. brock lesnar vs bobby lashley was such a let down. it had no dream match feel to it. it was boring, slow paced, and had a bad ending. seth rollins vs roman was good, but it also had a garbage ending that just ruined the feel of the match. this is why people don't like wwe anymore they have no clue what they're doing anymore. this ppv wasn't worth sitting down for 4 to 5 hours to watch.
Some eliminations like Kelly Kelly's made so little sense. She's been in multiple Rumble matches so why would she be so dumb to use a move that would put her in such a dangerous position
