I made this shrimp along with a few slices of tilapia for my family they loved it so much, my husband gave me the biggest hug and kiss this this way to cook shrimp and tilapis is the bomb Miss Gina girl!
I want to try this recipe. Gina Young is an excellent instructor! My only resistance about making the shrimp is what to do with all the left over oil. I don't want to waste that much oil. God bless our outstanding instructor!

Ok, I purchased jumbo shrimps and started looking for a great batter recipe. Found 2, found these 2 was a bunch of crap... Sorry but, the shrimps couldn't hold the batter. I was so disappointed... Then I thought to look for Mrs. Gina hoping to find help. There you were ready to fry up some shrimps. Good thing I had all your ingredients on hand. I followed your step by step & WALLLA!!! My shrimps smelled, look & tasted magnificent!!! SHEWWW 😳!!! Thank you Heavenly Father for Mrs. Gina... We love you girl,, All the way from Cali...My anniversary turned out Blessed.....

I love your cooking show, Gina Young. If you are in a pinch and dont have Panko bread crumbs, take at least 3 slices of bread and toast them in your oven or toaster until they are crispy. Crumble your bread inside of a paper or plastic bag. For flavor, add garlic POWDER or onion POWDER and any other dried herb desired.........to your home made bread crumbs.
