For Lexi: I once found a website (for a sewing and vac company, I think?) where the page was SO BROKEN that, as you scrolled down the page, each line made the font one size larger. For the WHOLE PAGE. It got to a point where you'd have to scroll for several seconds to see like three letters on the page. I showed it to design teachers and they had no idea how it could break that hard, but I always loved to turn to it for a laugh. Sadly I think they finally fixed that glitch, but for YEARS it entertained me. ❤
I wonder if there was some sort of size code that they thought was absolute (or was once but got changed) and is actually relative size? And then they didn't close their code properly? Different coding language, I know, but I'm on a forum site that uses BBCode and the size command they have can be nested to make stuff Really Big by just using the highest number repeatedly.

My hometown constantly surpasses that so im too used to this
7:37 That is near the max value for an uint24 type off by only 0.01 portrayed probably in a float, just in case anyone is wondering.
No its actually the max 64 bit integer limit but it is converting from bytes to tebibytes and i think the .99 is because a small bit has been downloaded
@@bubbacat9940 Well, I was referring to the final number, but you're also correct. Still unsigned though.
0:02 flip it upside down "oh ee"
0:17 maybe it glitched and is displaying hours for Mercury, Venus, or Pluto...
24:15 I think that happened to me once, but I just logged out and then back in when it happened and it fixed itself right away. Updating libraries rarely breaks anything, GPU driver updates can be hit or miss (but a quick reboot fixes that), and KDE updates tend to break things until a relog.
Yeah, I've updated Plasma plenty and never had that problem. It kinda just seems to me like some font weirdness.
4:31 it played this part twice without me doing anything
That perfect Splabber, got me cracked up for about 5 minutes Straight XDD
19:14 This also happens to me on my PS4 kinda often. But this is just a war thunder bug. Restarting the Console or putting it into sleep fixes it.
8:49 lol i remember that glitch it used to happen all the time on the Truckers MP Multiplayer Mod for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator when SCS first released the next gen Scania S and R something in the model was bugged and since it didnt spawn normally in NPC traffic in Single player it wasnt known about until the multiplayer mod allowed it and suddenly whenever you'd pass by another player in a new Scania S or R you'd get random triangles blocking your vision Fun times lol
2:55 Good way to announce that you're going out of business.
17:17 I have actually had Task Manager stop responding. I just waited for it to start responding again. I think my CPU was full, so it sorted itself out given some time. I often get cheap computers and then have way to much open, so I'm used to pretty much anything and everything stopping responding at some point haha!
If I’m being completely honest, I have one app open most of the time, but the app takes up almost all of the CPU and RAM, because it’s a browser and I often have a boatload of tabs open at any given point. Just killing my school computer😈😈😈😈
I love this subreddit SO MUCH
ZillyArt32
0:30 That appears to be a virtual machine with a Windows OS machine running on a mac. The virtual machine is messed up, but the actual mac OS is fine. Judging by how the personalization window looks, I'd say it's windows 8.
it is
r/softwaregore is my fave EmKay subreddit.

Thank you for uploading this! This is my favorite subreddit
2:40 ah yes, the osu experience
1:58 is talking about flat earth. It appears that the "David" referenced in the text is a flat earther and the text itself is from someone replying to "David" pointing out how ridiculous their arguments are and some of the glaring holes in it. Fairly standard Internet discourse these days
I think what's happening at 13:28 is they just straight up deleted Canada and replaced it with the United States. Which, hey, rude! 🇨🇦
21:48 I just realised, HOW MANY TABS DID HE OPEN?!
51 if I'm not mistaken
small detail at 12:52: 112,070 unread emails
Lexi, I was already fan of your narration, but these technical details you add to it (very accurately by the way) tickles my brain so much 🥰
I should offer you a Mobius strip ring.
2:09 so that’s where all the notifications are going, no wonder TH-cam forgets to notify subscribers
4:13 hey, analog horror called they want there giant wall of 2 frames of text explaining a terrible event that happened, back
I think last week at scouts, my group was taking apart electronics(ones that weren’t used), and it was cool!
When I was a scientist camp instructor once a week I would give the kids a hammer, a screw driver, and a decomissioned piece of equipment donated from the campus computer department and let them go crazy.
"LOL here is meme, and how this has happened because... and how to fix it is..."
Intelligence and a love of sharing knowledge in an easily understandable way is one of the sexiest traits a person can have.
I SAW THIS SITE!!!! It got preserved on the Internet Archive!!!!
@@LeopardMask12 YES this is actually exactly it! In HTML we have header tags, i.e., , , , etc. Whoever wrote the page didn’t close their tag with an , meaning each new tag STACKED!! It was very funny to scroll that page lol
3:18 The one thing I've learned from watching The Owl House is that, for some reason, translating from spanish to english can cause Yes to become Forks. I dunno, language.
It’s the owl house what do you expect? They have too much angst that the subtitles can’t handle it
Oh hey 3:24 is Ibis Paint X
I was NOT expecting an "Einstein On the Beach" reference today.
Outstanding niche reference 🤣
i need a friend like Lexi in my life. someone with seemingly endless tech knowledge… bc i know nothing. 🙃

i know why it's that number, because 3 bytes has 16,777,216 combinations(or the highest number it can store)
it's one less because it has to use zero. why does it say .99 i don't know...
but that's probably using a 24 bit OS somewhere
you are correct, Lexi :)
for some reason i comment before watching the rest of the section
