I was honestly amazed they got Burgess Meredith to play as the Penguin. He's actually one of the most prolific actors in Hollywood history, having played in hundreds of movies all the way back since the 1920's. He's been in it least two dozen 5* movies on top of that!
Although I knew most of the actors who played the parts, a lot of younger viewers won't so my suggestion is to put the actors' names in as well, particularly when several actors played the part as with Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, and The Riddler.

@Eric Lewis Scarecrow appeared in the cartoon based on this show. And Poison Ivy was introduced in the comics around the time this show ended. So it was too late to include her
There were plans to have Clint Eastwood play Harvey Dent/Two Face, but the producers thought that a severely scarred villain would be too intense for the young audience, so that idea was shelved. I would have cast Tony Curtis if I had the chance; I think he would've been great.
Great lineup of all the villains! perhaps for the next time you do one of the any other villains, perhaps saying the actor or actress in the description who played that particular villain. Even though I know most of them would be nice to have actor or actress name. for example we all know that Julie Newmar and Eartha Kitt both played as Catwoman. Frank Gorshin was holding out for more money. So, one storyline was rewritten with The Puzzler, and John Astin was cast for the next Riddler story. Then, Gorshin caved, came back, and was The Riddler again.

Yep, Anne Baxter was the only performer to play two different villains: Zelda and Olga.
If Bluebeard is on the list then Evol Ektol should be as well. he was the real villain in the episode of Zelda the Great.

I had always thought that False Face was supposed to be a homage to Basil Karlo's Clayface.
