We're Lisa & Jeff Warnick and we've been repping Thrive Life freeze-dried foods for over 10 years. It's been a dream of ours to have a van to travel the country, supporting our team and sharing the Thrive love. After we built our first van, we realized how much we love the creative process of designing and building vans...so now we're building and selling our own custom vans. We also do conversions on client-owned vans.

Sprinters are by far the best van. Had all of the makes for my business and sprinters have the least issues
❤
Do you normally spec a new Sprinter with the cargo floor in video? Is slider door window standard?
We spec them with the factory wood floor and a fixed window in the slider.
Hi Jeff! I like the blue/gray! So if they back out, are the dealers offering buying incentives, or are they in such high demand they can still get what they want for them? I'm surprised that the gas mileage is so good! We can't wait to start our van travel journey, but we are doing a self build.
~Lisa Z.
I’m not aware of any dealers offering incentives. They’ve got waiting lists of people wanting AWDs.
@OurThrivingLife I sort of figured that. Vans are in high demand right now, with so many appearing to be taking to the road FT. Thanks 😊
Although wait times are dropping fast it appears. Used to be over 12 months and now its more like 4-6 here in Canada anyways.
Are you happy with the Blue Grey? I put a deposit on a 2024 AWD Sprinter. I can't decide on Jupiter Red or Blue Grey.
Yes. Live the blue grey.
I’m surprised that you didn’t get the LED headlights and taillights.
Those are like $1200 more
Given its almost the same cost I would spend that $1000 on LEDs rather than on power seats. Heated for sure, but the power is not really as important as LEDs in my opinion.
I interested ?
Good vid, folks. Personally, I just don't care for the sprinter. I don't like the narrowness/"east-west" dimensions and don't care for the level of slant/curvature on the walls.
Also don't like that a cab overhead cavity (or 'pizza oven' as George at Humble road says) is not standard. You guys sure do beautiful builds on anything you touch though, including Sprinters.
We are waiting on a PM 3500 159 extended. We're told it has left the port in Mexico!
Thanks for your thoughts. Good luck with your van!
Sprinters are absolutely the nicest van. Transit Trail looks ok but a unicorn currently. The PM may actually sell more if they offered AWD but they are pretty ugly and boxy.
@@pjbeattie1 Just my humble opinion that I prefer the Promaster for multiple reasons. (all based on practicality, not looks although I've had several guys comment "that's a nice van" etc in first two weeks)
If style and looks were all-important, I'd buy a Ferrari.
@@TeutonicNordwind nah. You say that as if your opinion is of value to anyone…… still ugly to me and low resale without AWD. But you do you. I only replied because in your original statement you stated “personally, I just dont care for the sprinter.” Again, adding zero value so thought I would throw it back. I personally dont care what you drive to be honest. All good from here.
Haha! Seriously though, Sprinters are definitely nicer!! No one can argue that fact. Happy US Thanksgiving!!
you do great work and i truly appreciate all of your videos but you couldn't be more wrong when it comes to picking a van to build. please don't take this the wrong way and i'm not trying to be hateful, but the Ford Transit Trail is a far superior van in every way. service work and parts are far less expensive and there are literally thousands of Ford dealerships throughout the country that can perform the work. good luck finding someone to work on a Sprinter outside of a few big cities.
So I’m watching this video because I have a Ford Transit van that’s built as a camper van. I had the same logic about service, but my two closest Ford dealerships won’t service it. I’ll have to drive to a big city anyway.
Either your prices are wrong or they are much cheaper by you. In New York service A is $800 and service B is $1200
Every dealer is different. There are 2 dealers near me. One charges $250 for Service A and the other charges $800.
@@OurThrivingLife dang I need to find one of those dealers.
I’d rather have a 4x4 than a AWD.
That’s no longer an option.
Unfortunately no longer an option but I agree
