And then him saying he is hoping to start a family in 5 years. Almost hinting at something, like they had talked about it before. Selena here was way to young though, and he was on a different life path.
Im not sure how long Selena was aware of her lupus but if she was aware here they most likely looked at eachother bc A) she doesnt want kids or B) because its hard to have a successful pregnancy with lupus
