The week that Troodons were released, I hopped into official servers and formed a Super Pack of about 20 players and took out an Adult Stegosaurus. Easily my favorite Dino for swarms.
@@Antar-l- around september id hop into official and nest as troodon until i had a pack of around 12 (10 was max group size) and then take those down to swamp to hunt stegos. it takes time but is so fun.
@ I really wanna do that I feel like I’d have the best time except that now stegos can infinitely swing even when out of stamina so it’d be more difficult to pull off
Hey just an FYI - if stego tail is up atm and they swing, before or after you leap on them you will die 100% of the time. It seems to be a bug. Tested it for hours. When tail is up, it is death for pounce. So, try and bite their head.
23:21 wasn't desync, pachycephalosaurus just desperately needs developer attention. It's ram hitbox extends to its torso and lingers for the whole duration of the stagger animation. You've been lucky every time you've pounced one in that you latched onto its back, but this time the game had you latch onto its side, in range of its attack and while its attack is still active. It happens all the time with raptors as well.

@@GLeviathan It’s a very versatile animal, you can play as a scavenger and use the venom as defense, or you can be aggressive and wear your opponents down with it. 💪
I knew that the damage buffs from a while ago got slept on hard, but I didn’t realize it was THIS hard. (Pause) Nobody expects to get 3-4 shot by the literal rat. Lmao

Dont feel bad. I played dilo for the first time and when i got 100% I tried to take down a dibble and completely forgot those things will freeze, wait for you to get behind them, and spin around faster than you can move and one shot you. I was so mad I had to log off for a few days. I even made other dilo friends for the first time.
They need to boost its stamina considering its size and weight is fairly light and small. Plus the value of mutations are lower cause of the tiny stats
Desync is when the game on your end doesn't sync with whats happening on someone else's screen, so basically high ping or poor server performance can cause it
I've been watching a bunch of these videos lately and your video quality is so much better than the other youtubers. I guess you record in 4k and they don't? Also very surprised this little fella does so much damage.
Im New to the game and i realy need to know where are alot of dinosaurs and how to find other players because most of the time i need about 2 hours to find one player HELP.
@@Antar-l- The river with the 3 water falls that ends at a saltwater lake is always bussling with players. But be careful. I play herra as my main and there are alwaaaays herras in the trees and we can jump all around the waterfalls. Theres almost always a large croc there, but if you play herra they'll usually leave you alone because you help lure things to the water. I remember one time I was playing there and it was surreal. Every carnivore: carno, cera, troodon, herra, dilo, pdactyl, dieno, raptors, there was like 30 of us all chillin together for like an hour. It became the defacto: "no killing zone", until another croc came along and killed our croc friend and everyone dispersed.
@@dylanmedow2015 yes, in the sense that it causes fog and audio hallucinations, besides that, all the venom does is increase your damage to the target as a troodon so your biteforce becomes multiplied if that makes sense
its mostly insignificant for troodon as your health pool is already so low its practically negligible, I prefer the damage build. but its all down to preference.
my first every time playing, I chose to go with Pteranodon since the birds-eye views helps you learn the map, and the game's diet and controls. As for server, the best one is up to ping (lower ping is better)

@ yeah, as soon as you spawn go for a goat or a psittacosaurus that way you can get lines diet then just camp and body until you reach subadult (you do venom at subadult stage) and hunt on your own or in a pack and scavenge for corpses
@ you need to listen out for their calls and also know the general areas in which the Ai you’re looking for might spawn in and just walk around those areas, it’s mostly game experience that makes you better at finding Ai
@@zegamer2.069 there’s a lot of tutorials on how to increase your performance on nvidia graphics and 3D settings but if you want I would do a poll and make a video on how to get better performance on the isle
@@zegamer2.069 do you know what your CPU and GPU are, do you know how much SSD you have? all of that matters when it comes to performance on any setup.
@@zegamer2.069 ooo im not sure then you might have to see if you can search up your parts in french and maybe translate it to english that way you can find out what your parts are and use it to compare to whats relevant. you may need to upgrade
People dong understand how to play different dinos, then they go and cry how they are weak. Without learning their mechanics and how to play them. Its funny, not really, but I pretend it is because otherwise its just sad. Of course tiny dinos arent high health beasts, they cant go face to face and tank every attack coming their way. Be sneaky, use your brains, be tactical. Which seems to be difficult to a lot of the players playing this game :D P.S what happened to your shadows? Im used to playing with shadows off due to having a potato PC, but now that I got a new PC and can use shadows its weird to see people playing without shadows

At stage 3, troodon can deal 10% or more damage a pounce to targets, so things like carno die in like 10 pounces and smaller things die in 5 or less

Hotspots are the way to go my friend, migration zones can also have people in them but mostly you wanna go to south plains or highlands

I play low settings because I prefer high fps over a good-looking game and tbh high settings bother me anyways 🤣
