for real, i love unity, but i really support godot for being open-source, and i work with unreal, but i started with game maker, so there's plenty game engines for everything we need :D

Yes, Unity has a lot to offer, but I also see a lot of potential for Godot (in the long run). Absolutely worth getting the $5 Godot membership to support it.
