I really appreciate you taking them as a family to put out these videos with all that you have to do. I still consider it the best channel because of the commentary from each of you explaining the ins and out of what and why you are doing things.
I’ve been watching our family owned farmers for a few years, Idk how I missed Ivers, but so glad I found them! I’m always so amazed at all the skills required to keep a farm running. I just love how how his dad & uncle embrace doing vids, telling the stories about the farm.
Old kentucky boy here from Texas, I really enjoy watching the fun u guy's have on the farm. I farmed for 30 years on r family farm in kentucky, tobacco and beef cattle. Keep rolling the videos, u r doing more good than u think.
By far the best Family farming videos on the tube! Always enjoy the content, I could sit and listen to the stories from Dennis and George! Your family has been blessed! Can't wait to see the new grain bin in action! Reese, another great video really enjoy your work behind the and in front of the camera! Great job!!!!
Your time lapse shots and drone videos are sure top-of-the-line really appreciate the effort you put into your videos with everybody involved continue on with the safe harvest and looking forward to the next one
I'm a little late to the party. Old Kentucky boy here. Living in Texas now. Really like the fun u guy's have during work. I miss farming very much. Glad I found u guys, enjoy watching .
Happy Sunday to all. Always enjoy the history of your land from George. Happy to see harvest going well. Continued blessings for a safe and profitable harvest.
Dennis - your pet peeves align with mine 100%!! George - enjoyed hearing some history from you… always fascinating to me. Reese - excellent drone footage of that big corn field 👍.
Glad to hear things are going good for you so far. Sure did enjoy the history story from George. I could sit and listen to him and your dad all day long. I'll grab my 3rd cup of coffee now. Thanks Reese!
It’s so interesting that you folks are starting harvest when we just finished wheat harvest and now are getting ready to plant winter wheat thanks for your videos
Reese -- Please tell George that I really enjoyed him talking about the old days and one-room schools. I grew up on a grain farm in Iowa in the '60's and attended a two-room country school for 1st and 2nd grades in '64 and '65. One room was the classroom where grades 1-8 held class that was taught by one teacher. The second room was the activity room for when it was raining or too cold and snowy outside. I remember the little mom n' pop grocery stores too. Those things are all long gone now. The good ole days! I am a fairly new subscriber and really enjoy your videos and want to thank you for putting them out. I do have to say though that the amount of acres your family farms blows my mind. Dad and I farmed about 1000 acres and in the 60's that was considered a big operation in Southern Iowa. We did it with two JD 4020 diesels and one JD combine and a couple straight trucks with grain boxes. Times sure have changed in the farming world.
I love harvest time, I live near Columbus Indiana and harvest is going around here, Combines are my favorite machine and could sit and watch those thing operates all day, Stay safe out there fellas, and Thank you for all you do and God Bless
Thank you so much. I can identify with Dennis's pet peav. It shouldn't be hard for people to do as they say, unless of course they lack morals, scruples and good intentions. Hope your harvest stays on track!
❤ Glad your corn harvest is going well. Also good to hear your dad saying he is feeling well! At some point all of you will get to a point where you will need to talk to someone about what happened… Just know that we all are different and some reach that need way before others! Please do not forget about the grand kids and how they are doing…. We lost our youngest son just over six years ago! I feel for the entire family! I have to say we never forget about it but as time passes we are able to process it all a little easier… Watch out for and keep a close eye on any of the family members that have pushed everything down and just set it all a side! Just so they can be there for the rest of the family! Not saying anyone has or is doing this but it’s very common for the head of the family to do this! I have been watching the channel for some time now. It’s great to see two brothers working together and the family members to keep the farm running! This is very hard to do! Your family makes it seem easy! Go Marines! Who are also part of the Department of the Navy! There’s nothing like hearing “make a whole” as you head combat boots running towards you as they are running down the passenger ways! I think I said that right? I have slept a few times since then. The needed nerve+pain meds for my service connected injuries have not helped my memories! After several schools, I was not on to the surface ships… I was a on the USS Tennessee 734 when I was hurt… plus the 1991 needle was not very kind to me!
Love your videos harvest is looking good for you all as long there no break down I am around owensboro ky and the harvest is going good over here also good luck and b safe
Reese awesome production of your videos I appreciate that with drone footage and awesome shots with the combine especially during these busy times love the video in middle of week ps have to get Jay pocket knife and pliers 😂lol
Well decided next time we go back to Southern Illinois to visit, the DuQuoin, Tamaroa area,I 'm headed to Ivers Farms and check it out , hopefully shake your hand and your Dad's hand!! Thank you for the excellent videos, keep them coming, you and the family stay safe from the Cowboy state!!!
Great video Sound like the corn is doing really wells got good drone footage looks like the bean crew moving right along As is the bin crew is moving on maybe not as fast you want too.
About 16:35 it shows the corn going on to the header and shaking wicked bad I wonder if that causes corn to fall off the stalk or if it is strong enough that it doesn't come stalk untill it's in the combine
We dropped our seed pop too...running 29k on the tough fields and 31k on the good ones...made huge gains on the overall average yield...more sunlight and water per plant...and nitrogen too.
Enjoyed the video 👍🏽 We are getting about drier than a popcorn fart here in south Alabama. Looks like we have already had a frost but everything is just dying from lack of moisture.
Fantastic video !! I’d love to hear George talk about the old Ferry that used to be at St F. I’ve never really heard anything more than there used to be one and that there are still some old remains of it. I looked for them once but couldn’t find it.
Hi folks do ya'll grown any white corn or is it all yellow here in Tennessee some grow white.and yellow we got a very good cotton crop and beans but our corn was not good on dry land hope that you all make a very good crop
We also hate the plastic fuel caps. To easy to get crossed treaded. It should not take as long to put the cap back on as it does to put fuel in the tank. Good video 👍
I really appreciate you taking them as a family to put out these videos with all that you have to do. I still consider it the best channel because of the commentary from each of you explaining the ins and out of what and why you are doing things.
I agree 💯👍👍👍
There is another excellent channel will more than one but Andy on farming fixing and fabricating. I’m guessing 1700 2000 Milkers. Just a guess

I'm a little late to the party. Old Kentucky boy here. Living in Texas now. Really like the fun u guy's have during work. I miss farming very much. Glad I found u guys, enjoy watching .

Great work guys. So glad harvest is going smooth.
Love hearing the old farm names, like Morris said, soon those will be lost to time.
As always, another great video. Great team work, love hearing about the different varieties.

That was a very beautiful view of the big field with the river running around the edge.
Ol southern gentleman once told me if you don't have a knife in your pocket you might as well have a dress on 😁 Jay get yourself a knife
Great time lapse. Nice that you updated on the combine. If it’s not RED leave it in the shed!😊

I like the harvest progress at the end of the video. Hi from Italy.

Great video Reese. Still am amazed with the size of the fields. Tell jay he needs to put a polish on his trailer. Thanks Reese.
Dennis has a good sense of humor.
I have a daay power sweep in my bin life changer sweep very little! Well worth the money!
Great video's during harvest season. Keep them coming.
My mom would never let my brother have a pocket knife, he wasn't even safe with a screwdriver. Some fella's maybe just shouldn't have a pocket knife.
Sounds good
Great harvest!!
Seems to me the corn head is working really good. It looks more streamline and very efficient. Good to see my buds...you're all looking good!💟
We Put the roller brush kit on helps a bunch on the plugging up on the screen after we got the chopping header
Agreed
Another great video. Tried watching some other farming channels and they are second rate compared to y’all. Love the family interaction.
You guys are rolling in the corn
Great footage Reese, would rather fight dust than mud👌🏻keep em comin guys and God Bless💪🏻🇺🇸💪🏻
Absolutely
Really enjoy your videos!
Great video Sound like the corn is doing really wells got good drone footage looks like the bean crew moving right along As is the bin crew is moving on maybe not as fast you want too.
Great. Well done.
Another great video thank you keep them coming please ❤️😂🇦🇺🌽
Love the videos guys
Dang good show
Grew up Amish and went to a one room school house myself😁
I agree keep your word be on time or be early.
About 16:35 it shows the corn going on to the header and shaking wicked bad I wonder if that causes corn to fall off the stalk or if it is strong enough that it doesn't come stalk untill it's in the combine
That becomes more of a problem as the corn dries
Beautiful red Kenworth W900
Great video!
another great video! love the content.
It will be interesting to see how that new drag unload system works on the new bins. It looks promising.
We dropped our seed pop too...running 29k on the tough fields and 31k on the good ones...made huge gains on the overall average yield...more sunlight and water per plant...and nitrogen too.
Howdy Ivers, good video
Awesome video love the red
Does the new track system ride smoother then the old one? You feel every bump in our old 8230 track. But smooth in the field.
Much much smoother
Great 👍 show
Great video thanks
"It's nighttime in God's world again..." wonderful.
great stuff pleased harvest going well for you all no david this week is he ok
He’s fine just didn’t take any video
Enjoyed the video 👍🏽 We are getting about drier than a popcorn fart here in south Alabama. Looks like we have already had a frost but everything is just dying from lack of moisture.
What are the advantages of the 12/24 row corn pattern versus the 16 row? Does 200+ bushel corn on 12 row max out the grain cleaner? Thanks.
We like to fit the planter perfect. The 12 does max it out. If we did a 16 we’d have to drive slower or get a lexion or Deere
Have 240 acres of white corn
@@iversfarms thank you sir I really enjoy your youtube channel you all are all red any green paint
nice job
We also hate the plastic fuel caps. To easy to get crossed treaded. It should not take as long to put the cap back on as it does to put fuel in the tank.
Good video 👍
very nice operation and equipment, we just demoed a Deere X9 and 16 row head crazy good capacity and sample you need to try one
Keep asking for beans
The color there using is the right color👍
Enjoy your channel! The progress report is cool! Could you include your average yield per acre too? Thank you!
I have thought about doing that but I don’t want to give away too much
I got over pet peeves by not expecting anything from anybody.
