Like she kinda used to the personality doing what they want with a 20% chance of following her orders, but now she did something even stupider, it’s not like anyone on earth could stop them and they have a very real chance of killing anyone they don’t like, the hell was she thinking sending such monsters to a hero school that they seem to hate, at best they learn to slightly cool down their very violent natures, at worse UA becomes a killing field and is left burnt to the ground..l
Probably jealousy since in the first episode inko greets her with with love and compassion while she HATES Izuku but for some god forsaken reason yuki LOVES Izuku which I’ll never know why
