Hi sorry I know it’s an old video but I was wondering if there was any new products that could be used to repair black edge damage for a mirror still fixed to a wall? Cheers
As he said you'd need to seal all the edges and hope it's not a fresh concrete wall/there's no water damage. Though your comment is a year old so it's probably too late 🫣
Also... You could probably spray some WD-40 or similar water replacing, high viscosity oil behind the mirror.. probably would have to do that regularly 🤔

Thanks for your video. We have a 30 + year old small "hanging" mirror that is starting to desilvering in the middle of the mirror. what do you recommend i use? Thanks for your HELP
You can use Glastion to coat the entire back and edges of the mirror to prevent further damage being caused. However it will not remove the damage that has already started.

There are kits to completely remove old damaged silvering, although I don't have an experience with them.
i wish you could have showed it with an actual mirror that has black edge
Could you use this on back painted glass to help seal the paint on?
Yes it worked well over painted surfaces.
