Fit the baseplate, lubricate the rubbers with soap, then fit the larger rubbers first. With a large screwdriver push/rotate the spider to one side and push in the smaller rubbers, a blunt rod is useful. For the Oil Seal use a G Clamp !
I was rather surprised when that seal simply pushed in!! A worn out blunt screw driver seemed to do the trick with the rubbers. Although I did do the smaller ones first.
The locking washer has three tangs, the longest one fits into a hole in the clutch spider and as the nut is tightened it distorts the washer allowing you to fold one of the tabs over. I think you forgot the Woodruff Key that locks the clutch hub to the taper !
Coming together brilliantly, mate. Don't get too excited!!!

Sorted the washer.
You’re the second person to mention the woodruff key. It was already in the shaft. I did very briefly doubt myself!! 😂
Dangerous to assemble incorrectly and not come clean if people following you to rebuild
Are there 2 woodruff keys on your bench?
😂😂
@@suzukisav 28:22 😂better come clean you forgot the woodruff key so you had to dismantle the full clutch again didn’t you
