For her to be on ECMO support for this long is not at all good. It’s something Heart & Lung Patients in dire need of Transplant. It’s a measure only taken as the last possible option for someone’s survival sadly. I hate saying it, but I don’t think we’ll get the ending we want & are praying for w/the Princess. 😔. While it is good news about His Majesty leaving the ICU, it sounds like he’s still having problems breathing. He’s been so sick for so long now…. 😞 Alexandra keeping us updated like she does is so appreciated. Especially at times like these. Take Care!!

The most well-known is Mr. Quentin Kūhiō Kawānanakoa. His father was Edward Keli'iahonui Kawānanakoa and his grandmother was Abigail Kapiʻolani Kawānanakoa and her parents were Prince David Kawānanakoa and Princess Abigail Campbell Kawānanakoa.
