its been seven years since i recorded this, after that year where i heard this all the time at night, it has never been heard again in the years since.
so creepy...I heard similar noises about this same time last year in the tri-state area of IA-SD-NE ..also heard a fog horn sound and a sound almost like a choir. Since that time I mostly hear like a constant hum noise and a rushing sound somewhat like wind but minus the actual wind.
I live on court street and I've heard them the last 2 nights, in fact I can hear the right now but I have heard them before, don't know what it is. Very disturbing.

Have ever found what it was. I was just near a bay in fl and heard something similar to this. I was told it was the tide coming in, but not sure.
