Hi Ross as most of us fabricators have at least 2 or 3 angle grinders this is a great idea as, I don't have a plasma table (yet) and so I will have to make mine out of alloy on my home built CNC machine but since you so kindly shared the DXF files at least I wont have to draw it up thanks for the videos Ross please keep them coming cheers Bill
That's OK Bill, I see people use masking tape on the back of the alloy then supper glue it to a piece of wood. will you be doing a video of it cutting? I have a other video in the pipe line but for some reason i am lacking the motivation to finish the project. I always find myself on the motor bike going for rides out into the country side, or going into town for a coffee. Plus i make it a point not to work after 12 noon.
@@rosswoolley2854 Hi Ross I often use masking tape and super glue and it works very well you can see I am doing that in my first two videos on my TH-cam channel I also use a vice and some times dual vices and also clamps just depends on the job cheers Bill
