This man talks about ultrared and it sells out everywhere. Now every fragrance TH-camr has reviewed it now. The influence this guy has.....
I bought it and love it. Exactly what I was looking for. Sweet, creamy and orange. I prefer orange fragrances to anything lemony - so will have to purchase a back up bottle or two. My daughter gave it a big thumbs up as well - said I smelled like cookies!

fun fact- Violet is the highest colour on the colour spectrum- ultraviolet being violet that is just above the visible range. Red however is the lowest spectrum of colour and when it goes below the visible spectrum we call it Infrared

Yeah they go for $400 plus in the US. And just think, that was a $50 bottle when released, just like all the Mugler fragrances in the “A-Men & Pure” line.
@@JAMESAWYNN1 I looked into it and you can't sell opened or used fragrances on ebay anymore. So I'm not sure what websites allow it that somebody could get top dollar.
Reason's why Thierry Mugler's Ultrazest is so "hyped" and popular:
1). Its discontinued and a limited edition.
2) Because its discontinued and a limited edition, its rare and hard-to-find.
3) because its rare and hard-to-find, its been hyped in the fragrance community and TH-camrs and online reviewers.
4) because its hyped, the prices have gone through the roof (300$+) sealed.
5) Because its expensive, it has become extremely exclusive.
6) finally, because its exclusive, people hype it even more and it becomes this gem of a fragrance and becomes sough after.

Currently, i am on a Black XS (2005) kick, its very hard to find 100ml sealed bottles for under 100$ now, i luckily found a 50ml sealed for only 50$ CAD last week through a shop in Toronto, Canada. However, i have noticed that the 2009 Black XS Live Sound (which is a limited edition) has the same note breakdown as the vintage 2005 Black XS. I had to do some research online and find some info on it cause it was impossible to find, i found that its a continuing version of the slightly older Black XS from 2005. I ordered a 100ml tester yesterday, i hope its the same as the original vintage 2005 version.
Paco Rabanne Live Sound was a music stage/platform for young and up-and-coming bands in the U.S and elsewhere, they had concert and all that too, they released a CD back in 2008 and continued throughout the years, i guess somewhere along the lines, they released a fragrance commemorating Live Sound. But the notes on the Live Sound version are apparently the same, and if it turns out to be the same, im gonna stock up and wait until people figure it out lol.

Sorry Ace, I'd rather buy another bottle of 4.2 oz of Dolce gabbana K doesn't matter edt or edp like them both but edt a bit better contrary to your own review and opinion. And since you said you got 2, I actually bought the Mancera Lime and as well as a Royal Crown Khan. These imo are much less sweet and I just personally can't stand too sweet perfumes, like candy smelling ones. To each their own but as always I love your reviews and notifications for us when there's a special sale. Cheers

@@TigerBl00d Look at the number of reviews, the age of the account, the other items they are selling and the percent of positive feedback.
It's like sneakers...these people go and buy up all the stock..just to price gouge later on ebay. When i added it to my cart they had 11 left, by the time I clicked to process the payment it was gone. But let's see how many new postings on ebay show up today ! 90% it's not even people that care about fragrances.

Smells really nice but unfortunately it doesn't last too long for me . I think the new batches have issues with performance but don't quote me on that. I think it's a very close to the body scent and it's very non offensive. I reckon you could bathe in the stuff and you'd still struggle to offend people. It actually goes well with a touch of my spicebomb extreme (yes, I like to mix fragrances 🤣) it's worth £30-35 I wouldn't pay anymore than that personally. It's definitely one I'll keep in the collection, I like the bottle and the box 😁

Nice! I'll look into this. I bought a 10ml decant of Ultra Zest a year or two ago and when I had the $80 or $90 to buy the bottle, it had been discontinued. Not as upset anymore!
It was available at TK Maxx in The UK before Christmas. I got it for £33 on clearance sale.

Haven’t tried it, but I know Dua’s clone of Ultra Zest (Zest) sells like hot cakes and many people say it’s the best from the house. Figured I’d mention it!
Funny I ordered this fragrance 1 week ago just based on my pure love for the original Black XS which has pralines in it (not saying these 2 smell the same but they both have pralines). So I figured to give this a blind buy test. With no credible reviews on this one, I stumble on this video today. Fragrancenet had them for 34$ but only 6 in stock a week ago, guess I got lucky
Got a tester of this on fragrancenet and I have to say this is great, nice juicy citrus that mixes with sweet praline and creamy vanilla.

This fragrance is still floating around discount rack stores in Europe! I was visiting a German TKMaxx and saw three 100mls sitting there for 35 euros each. (And I bought two)
It was on FragranceX for months. Bought it back then not even thinking it was a big deal. I don’t think it’s really like Ultra Zest at all. The A*Men line has a very distinct DNA that’s unmistakable, and Ultrared is also super sweet as Paco Rabanne likes to do.
Got this a week or so ago on Fragrance Net for $36 as a tester....nice orange/vanilla mix....glad I got it as well as Ultra Violet!

@@qpupper5869 As Ash explained on his video... creamy orange, sweet but not clogging, with a smooth drydown. Can’t compare to Mugler but based on what other people talked about that one.... really close. Can’t talk about longevity yet, started testing it, but my wife love the scent.

Just got a 2020 batch and it’s very watered down. I bought it off Jomashop. One spray was basically a skin scent after the alcohol settled down. I have to burry my nose in my arm to smell it. Great scent just hardly there sadly. Ash must’ve got an older batch
It happened to me too, but after 4 of weeks I tried it again and was way better, give it some time to settle down.
It is really smooth though....no beast here

@@justnashpa it’s average. 6-8 hours. On clothes it tends to last longer than on skin. The opening is bold and strong. My 3 yr old son sprayed himself twice with it. About 3-4 hours later we went to the grocery store and I kept smelling a fall cinnamon spice smell. I thought it was bread or some form of food. After leaving my son was leaving a scent trail and it was my son that I was smelling. People in the store could smell it as well and were saying what is that smell. People thought it was a unique bold spice, cinnamon dessert. Lol. My co- workers have also said its bold and strong when I first get to work. They love it. Most say it reminds them of fall or thanksgiving. It’s not a bold cinnamon smell, don’t be scared to buy it. It’s a mixture of notes that gives a spice, pumpkin pie vibe with light cinnamon notes. By far one of my top 2-3 fragrances I own. Cold weather it’s my go to fragrance. My opinion it smells very expensive and unique almost niche quality. This is just my opinion, I would ask others then make a decision.
