I have never understood racism. Why should we care the shade of a fellow person's skin's shade? Each race, ancestry, faith, and culture contributes: doctors, military generals, politicians, judges, musicians, actors, chefs, CEOs, and even a USA President with dark skin color to name many. A person IS a person no matter their outward appearance.
