The more I listen, the more I'm drawn in and impressed by your approach and ability to put together really rich, interesting tracks, with killer dynamics and a good dose of restraint. Highest marks!!! (oh yeah, and the video is just brilliant)
Wonderful track, and it shows really well what a massive beast the Deluge has become with the recent software updates. I'm glad I kept mine. It's quite something.
Thanks! It’s 5 tracks actually ;) but yes the Deluge is a pretty deep machine. I am still not sure if the workflow is for me though and the massive update frequency we used to see with new additions seems to have stopped.. not sure why, but simple things like adjusting loop start-end point for samples should’ve been included long time ago if you ask me. Anyway let's wait and see what the next update brings ;)
@@Rephazer Just give them a bit more time, the next release is coming soon, with sample workflow improvements, multisampling, and "record to track" functionality. I do hope some of the outright missing parameters make it in as well. There's definitely limitations, but TBH I love the synth engine in this little thing. It's definitely deeper than it appears on first blush, and the effects are really good too. Also... yes, tracks, plural. Me no speel. ;)
I like how these tracks have parts with relative silence and then come back with more energy. Plus silky sweet sounds! Is the reverb coming from the Deluge?
I'm curious about the file structure. It seems to me in your newest patchbanks, there are separate folders for samples, so that, if I decide NOT to use a sound, it's easy for me to remove all that unnecessary data from my SD card. Is it the same for 'Rust'? ....thanks.....
Rust was the first sound pack I made for the Deluge when it didn’t support multisamples yet so all single samples are inside one folder.. though I always optimize stuff so it shouldn’t take that much SD card space…
ok ...thanks.....In the past, sometimes I go through and figure out which samples aren't being used and then delete those, but it takes a bit of time to go through each preset and figure out which samples are used......I'm getting a lot of data on my SD cards (as I upload a lot of my own samples, and some are minutes long), so I'm trying to 'optimize' my storage.....

Thank you for the kind words! That's much appreciated and I am glad you like it :)
I love the idea of selling the EP as a bundle with the soundpack! Just got my Deluge today and gotta play a bit before I add sounds.
Thanks!
