Uzomah made a huge leap after TEU.
Uzomah has been great this year. I'm not even a Bengals fan at all, fun team to watch with Burrow balling out.
This was really started by Von Miller. He started an annual meeting for defense which made them all better for a year or two. Then O lines got together to make an annual meeting and Tight Ends did too.
The Manning brothers have been doing their QB get together for years! It was originally the idea of Duke football coach David Cutcliff!

He chose not to participate for some odd reason. And this is not a one-off. Ever since the inception of all the TE stuff that Kittle Olsen and Kelce started a few years ago, he's never participated. Kittle, Kelce etc. give him props all the time and even the logo they use for all their promotional material is a silhouette of Gronk. They no doubt have tried to get him involved but he seems not to be interested.
I know the Manning's have been running their QBU for awhile, but every position in the NFL should have an off season "crash course" led by one or multiple current/former legends! Guys who are pros(including scout team), college players, and post-high school recruits should all be allowed to attend! It can be nothing but healthy for the game and it's development!
