Great thorough review. Funny, my wife and I just did about 45 nights on the same mattress and we have a lot of similarities: we have huskies, I sleep on my side, and she on her stomach. She ended up liking the Classic lux firm overall, where my shoulder and hips were sore in the morning. We just exchanged the Classic for the Saatva HD which, while still firm, also has a few more layers underneath. In the store, it felt incredible, but while we waited for the delivery I obsessed over if we made a mistake. It's afterall meant for 250 lbs+ people and we are not. But after 4 nights now, I will say we are both very happy. So far, no side sleep soreness and my wife is just as happy sleeping on her stomach. Much better motion isolation as well. So far so good! We are pleased to hear that you've found a bed that works for both of you (and hopefully the huskies, as well).
