I spent 20 years growing up in Wickham and Point Samson i now live in Perth and miss it up there so much great place to grow up for an outdoorsy kid. PS ive swam in the tank at tank hill.
@@dhiquobgnaloo ha ha ha. That is amazing!! Tank hill just keeps on giving. Emma was there for the first 12 years of her life and still raves about it. We also met some Wickham legends along the Gibb River Road.
@@MichaelI-l9b we did a first impressions video for our first video but we will definitely provide another over view and update video. We’ve learnt a lot about the van in the last 6 weeks and we’d love to share our learnings so others can learn from our mistakes.
What is wrong with you guys? No sponsors flashing across the screen, no bullbar, no 5-inch lift? what about the 30K in accessories? No 150k+ caravan? Bugger You're my sort of family traveling Oz. Love what I see so far, keep up the good work, and enjoy your travels. I'm hooked.
@@Mixos_place thanks for the feedback. It’s amazing what a stock modern day 4wd can do. Didn’t see the need for the bull bar and we’d be pushing the weight limit without a GVM upgrade. Money we’d rather spend on adventures. We only drive during the day so hopefully we don’t get into any strife. The van pulls great and we’ve only had a few issues that have now been sorted. She survived the Gibb better than expected. Cheers!!
@@Campbell-Adventures No need to explain. We are getting around in a 21 yo landcruiser.Take care of the family and ours will be watching your adventures.Safe travels
@cambell-aventures you did the gibb in this setup ?? Well I have to see that because this gives me hope that I don’t need some 150k in extras on a land cruiser to experience it 😅😊

Loving your videos. Would love to see more on your caravan setup and what you thoughts are on the ceduna mk3

Why don’t you have towing mirrors? Isn’t it illegal to tow a van without them? How do you see what’s behind?
@@adamriley6468 we were relying on the rear camera on the caravan but picked up mirrors after the Gibb. We should have had them from the start.
I may or may not have lost my virginity swimming in tank hill. Either way it was an experience (don't tell mum). ❤️😁
Definitely going to tell your mum. 😅
