Help! I can't get the footer to work in my email. I just used the template footer that comes with it and it only works for the welcome email. I saved the welcome email as a template and then tried sending it as a normal email and the footer still wouldn't work. I don't understand what I could be doing wrong. It doesn't fill in the "blanks" and the unsubscribe links don't work. If anyone could be of help I would be very thankful!

Can I use my Etsy customer email list to run an email campaign offering them the opportunity to subscribe for sales, update them on new products, etc. I understand I need their permission to do so but is it possible to send a one-time email to subscribe and let them know they will not receive future emails unless they subscribe? I have an idea of how to do this but need guidance if it's allowed.
Mail Chimp has changed since this video was posted. I'm not sure how to get to the list page. It is nowhere to be found on the Mail Chimp website.

I have a free mail chimp account, and I cannot create extra lists, unless I upgrade. How did you get the multiple lists option with the free version?
