Security Lets Me Stand Airside In Barbados!

This was all shot during my time passing through Grantley Adams Airport in Barbados in January 2023.
I was on my way home from a two week cruise onboard P&O Britannia (We love cruising), and we had about three hours to kill before boarding as we got there extremely early.
It might be my Neurodivergent demeanour, but I seemed to gel quite well with the Terminal Staff, and after getting friendly with the right people, they decided to give me a real treat, by opening the doors out onto the Apron, and allowing me to stand there and film/photograph my AV Geeking head off.
One of the nice dispatchers was even kind enough to take my Mickey Mouse camera and walk all the way up to the end of the 20+ strong line of various-sized airliners, and proceed to saturate my SD card with shots of every aircraft along the line, inside and outside, so I got shots of everything. Technically I didn't take all the still photos but I will treasure them anyway, they included the Flight-Decks and First/Business Class areas of the likes of Virgin, American Airlines, Air Canada, United, Westjet and many more.
I want to thank the wonderful security staff at Barbados International for trusting that I wouldn't try to pinch one of their airliners.
I had so much fun and was quite despondant when it became time to board our TUI Boeing 787-9 (Edie) for our flight across the Atlantic back to Birmingham.

I was several years ago. Lovely place to visit. Airport can be quite chaotic when several flights boarding within a short time.
Hope it has improved.
