I think it is because your dedicated graphics card isn’t supported and you are using the integrated graphics in your cpu but the hdmi output is directly connected in your dedicated graphics card? If that’s the case just like mine, give up because there is no way to fix that

When I connect the hdmi cable the external monitor works, but the internal goes black or gray, then if I disconnect the HDMI, it does come back, but If I start witou HDMI connects, works normally.. waht could it be? any idea?

this silly tutorial assumes you have a Kaby Lake processor so no, although, head onto the dortania guide for using OpenCore and use their DeviceProperties values that you find for your specific iGPU and add the bootflag on this video, otherwise you may need to do extra research.

Have you tried? I think it will still not work because the hdmi output should be connected to the cpu integrated graphics directly for it to work

Macos don't have support 11th gen CPU. Because no Mac have any 11 gen CPU. That's why macos don't have graphics driver to run in 11th Gen CPU.
