I was hanging with Byron at the last Patriot Games. I'm signed up for Mammoth in April, and I'm doing the same thing in terms of gear. Tweaking and obsessing over things. I was talking Byron's ear off asking him questions 😂
Two things:
1) the handwarmer is in stock in gray and coyote brown at the moment. If you can't get ahold of the gray, I have it that you can borrow if it comes to that
2) there's another range in SWFL that goes out to 1300 yards. SWFL Range And Gun Club.
I'm looking forward to seeing you guys compete. I'm documenting my journey on my channel as well. I went out for a ruck this morning to practice with the recon bino harness and my osprey backpack, the combined weight for the ruck was 27lbs. I went with my dog so I wasn't interested in pace this time around, I just wanted to test out how the gear felt.

Bring flip flops! Booting up to go pee after you get back to camp sucks especially once the boots cool off and are still sweaty or wet
