"come, though you have nothing." - Never heard this before, but... every worship leader feels like they have something better than the last... And it's wonderful to acknowledge that we could never bring anything to the table that He hasn't already given.
Christmas is as much a celebration for the godly and the ungodly, for the religious elder brother as well as for the wayward younger brother - for Christ came to save sinners.
Thank you Lord for this beautiful song dedicated to you for Christmas when we celebrate your birth and sung with such a lovely voice. Bless those who put it together.
This song resonates in my heart. The Lord has been faithful to me. Don't give up because JESUS did it on the cross for us. How manicefent is our FATHER to give his only SON. He is Sovereign over all. He is infinite, He is perfect, holy, wise, completely gracious to us and Merciful. He is Eternal. Don't forget that. His goodness and truth will always prevail. PERSEVERE in your circumstances and be faithful and live a life righteous unto Him. He will see us through. Give our everything to Him. Be fully in God's standards not this world's standards. Repent now cos the coming of Christ is soon. BE great stewards and Disciples. Be in His word and prayer. GOD Bless.
O come, bitter and broken Come with fears unspoken Come, taste of His perfect love O come, guilty and hiding ones There is no need to run See what your God has done Christ is born, Christ is born Christ is born for you
Not a fan. Too many ambiguous lyrics that sound good and Christian but don’t actually speak the way the Bible does. Who are these intended lyrics for? The elect or those made for destruction? If the former, then they are by definition faithful and persevere to the end because of His grace and mercy. They are saved by grace through faith.
Thanks so much for making this song available from the concert. Is it permissible to use this video at our church candlelight carol service, which will have a limited congregation in the building (local restictions) and be streamed on TH-cam? Many thanks, Mark Moodiesburn Parish Church
@@bkauflin can we buy this version somewhere? it's my favorite version and I have scoured the internet to try to find it for purchase, but so far no luck!
@@jeanniefernandez6615 yes but that has nothing to do with my comment. I'm not suggesting he shouldn't be in the song at all or that he should be excommunicated. And this doesn't seem to be a video of them playing for worship in front of the congregation but seems to be a private session specifically for filming a "music video". Just my opinion slash constructive criticism. Didn't seem he sounded bad either just didn't seem to harmonize.

Who is this vocalist? Her treatment of this song is so tender and beautiful.
Oh come barren and waiting, weary of praying, come, does this apply to those who aren't able to have children?
This is beautiful and so needed! Where do I find sheet music for this?
how do I buy this version of the song? The link sends me to a different singer for the one to buy!
How can I hear more of her singing?

Where can I get this song!
The singer's voice is truly beautiful as is the song, but her love, hope, and sincere compassion just shines through. Thank you.

Who is singing this??
McKenzie Fuller, my daughter.

@@alihibbard318 Sorry, but it's not available anywhere. We put it together for an Advent series that The Gospel Coalition did a few years ago.
Honestly thought this was going to be a joke song based on the title

The guitarist should not have sung at all. He wasn't harmonizing which sounded awful. Everything else sounded great
Isn't one point of the song that all are welcome?

@@solarjudgement4575 Fair enough 🙂
Yes WAS harmonizing, though, and quite beautifully.
