This routine is a roller coaster ride, so are how expressive this guy is, truly feeling the risks. Is exhilarating to watch. Probably the best 1A champion in every regard, a real deal, not just selling a yoyo and being a walking ad. The day they catch up to that fact, more yoyo's will be sold, ironically.
I think Shion is a really good 1A player, particular his horizontal combo which I never seen anybody successfully imitated it, his freestyle is well executed, varied from the rest. At the same I still will be rooting for tech player like Ahmad Kharisma, Takeshi Matsuura, etc

Watching them. I feel that Zach Gormley certainly earned it and deserved it and gave one of the best freestyles. But it still for some weird reason feels like he's an underdog. Although all of wyyc was pretty intense and unexpected this year, full of surprises like paul not making the finals. In that sense, an underdog win just perfects it. But Im happy Zach won, this year I don't think anyone else could have, everyone was awesome, but, with lori for example, it felt like something was missing. Whereas Zach just delivered in my opinion.

People say his fs was very clean but I noticed a lot of mistakes, and having been able to watch almost all the FS live, I definitely thought Mr. orange-hair had it -- but what people say about Zach's tricks are true -- and his showmanship is beyond par, he really puts his body into the show and when he does hit tricks they are impressive. But I'm happy he won, he's my favorite yoyoer. and the vid grows on me (5th time watching).
