    I bought it .. UVI did so well on this one .. I foolishly sold my JP 8 and playing with the plugin (Saturn 8 ) immediately brought back that vibe of the original to an amazing degree. One of the best upgrades to this amazing collection.

      Hi! Do you need a keyboard with control knobs to enjoy it?

      @@68caribou You know thinking back .. in the 80’s when I worked full time in nightclubs playing covers .. my rig was a Jupiter 8 and DX7, and the only knobs I ever touched on my Jupiter 8 during any given set was the Volume and Auto Tune, all the knob/slider tweaking was done at home when learning new songs.

    Love the discolored white buttons on the Saturn 6. Just as on the Jupiter 6.

    You know what I like about your videos, you don't seem to cheat and spend a lot of time processing the audio, and I'm confident that the sounds out-of-the-box are close to how they sound in the video. Debating on this or the Oberheim collection for your sale right now....

    Nice to see the MKS-80.. I mean Mercury 80/Super Saturn ;) finally as a VST as my MKS I mean Mercury is on its way out. Just a shame it’s not on its own since I already own a Roland System 8 for the other Jupiter - I mean Saturn synths.

    Please update spark reverb algorithms. It's the most dry sounding reverb I have.

    You know .. in 1988 in the peak of my Los Angeles/Orange County top 40 night club days when my working rig was a Jupiter 8 and DX7, if somebody came to me with a modern day computer with this loaded on it and they said ‘hey I’ll trade you for your Jupiter 8’ I would have given them my Jupiter 8 in a heart beat for this! You didn’t tweak synth knobs during those types of gigs .. you tweaked the knobs at home when learning new songs to try and get close to the records you were copying.

    This is shameful...😔 lol. Sounds great though!! I have a problem, two synths, one piggy bank. I’ve made my decision but this could help me get the sound I might miss. Very cool 😎! And very shameful 😔!! The names are funny too ... 🤣!

    I have to admit that I'm a bit underwhelmed by this library.
    Sure there are several good sounds in there, but not enough to justify the huge size of this for me.
    It's not that special compared to a lot of other UVI libraries.
    I wish you would have split it up into smaller files as well! One for each instrument.

    • @SYNDRONE
      @SYNDRONE ปีที่แล้ว

      It's super easy to make Falcon sound twice as good as this library while still having the flexibility of being an actual synth and not just a bunch of limited samples.... :)

    • @henrikpetersson3463
      @henrikpetersson3463 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SYNDRONE As much as I love Falcon for what it is. It can't sound like the vintage synths. There's a reason why UVI does both.

    • @SYNDRONE
      @SYNDRONE ปีที่แล้ว

      @@henrikpetersson3463 ha, that's interesting. I find it sounds more analog with the right sound design than the analog synth libraries (mostly because of their one shot sample character). :D
