Damn, this just made me realize that Floor has now been in Nightwish longer than any other vocalist including Tarja. Tarja was from the start (1996) to 2005 or about 9 years. Floor has been a member since 2013 but was on tour a year before that, so about 12 years now.
Symphonic metal can be quite complex and musically demanding and is often completely underestimated. There are really first-class bands with top-class musicians, often profound storytelling, complex compositions and interesting harmonies. For me, it's "contemporary classic music" that you can and should deep immerse yourself in, and for me, if it's done well, it's pure relaxation.
This is exactly what we need more of in this world; top quality reactions to top quality music. Gems like this stands out from the big grey masses. Thank you Sir Hairless.
Ok, after watching about 3596 reactions of this song, yours is now my top 1! The way you were invested in it and used all your knowledge to analyze this is really different from all the other reactions I've ever seen. Thank you for that and congratulations!
I've been waiting for this video so eagerly from the moment i saw your reaction to Ever Dream. I must be honest, I was starting to lose hope, but this was well worth the wait. While tons of youtubers have reacted to this song, very few are able to provide any sort of meaningful insight into it. As someone who understands next to nothing about music, I absolutely adore what you do. Thank you.
Thanks for sticking it out 😅 I knew this would be a long one to make and things have been crazy busy over summer. But I found some time for this one and boy oh boy I'm glad I did! Incredible song 🎵
My observation of your observation tells me that your brain was working at 110% to not only dissect the song, but just to listen to the composition of the song. You put your education and emotions into your reactions. I appreciate that, as you admit not experiencing this style of music before realizing that the composition is indeed well thought out. 🌹
Yeah I definitely feel tired after filming one of these (and especially when it's a song like this!) I have to think about listening to the song as it's supposed to be listened to, but also noticing things I think would be good to mention in these videos. I always listen to the songs after I film the videos and find it very interesting hearing new things I missed the first time 🎶
@@SirHairless Watching your face twitch between an expression of almost suffering when you feel the music and then light up in pure joy is an experience in itself! And thank you for making me hear this beloved song with new ears again - I was always bad at picking out individual instruments in music classes at school but with the way you draw attention to them, it is somehow completely effortless.
You definitely should watch the video Floor made during lockdown reacting to herself singing this at Wacken. Lots of technical info and some memories of her starting with Nightwish. That and so many more presents Floor left on her TH-cam channel ready to unpack.
I normally don't pay that much attention to analyses but I have listened to every single word you said. Thank you for giving me all that information that I didn't know I needed. 😊
I live next town to where Tuomas and the gang grew up in North Karelia, and I think the section that begins in 17:50 really captures the essense of this land. Its an enslessly expnading forest with unseen creatures lurking about. This music really reminds me of a stars and nothern lights lit winter night, with the forest and its inhabitants in a still slumber.
Oh my, I can’t even tell you how fun it was to see you react to this song. I absolutely loved it! It is so exciting to still learn more about the song even after watching a lot of reaction videos already. I think that Shoemaker would be an interesting (and shorter) one for you, but oh my, the Poet and the Pendulum will be the one I will really look forward to the most.
Man ... have seen many reaction videos to this live performance and you're simply one of the best, if not the best one. Thank you for your thoughts and insight. And for taking us through this epic voyage. Cheers !
I've watched reactions to this performance many, many times. Every time Floor gets to the "Hey" section I start trying to remember where I parked by longboat, because I'm convinced that we're all going to go out and pillage something. When she returns to the "My fall..." section, I'm fighting to hold back tears. It's a remarkable performance by the entire band.
Thank you for this brilliant reaction and analysis. So fun watch this in your company. I`v watch this version many, many times and never get board. Nightwish is for sure a liveband and one of the very best. They are all lovely people...down to earth....At the same time they send you to music heaven. Cheers from a finn in Sweden.

Well done sir. I have watched _far_ too many reactions to this song/performance, and yet you did indeed find new things to talk about. I do enjoy musical analysis at this level from someone who appears to know what he is talking about.
FINALLY! The song that got me hooked on metal, and symphonic metal in particular. Tuomas is so insanely talented as a composer. Thank you for an outstanding analysis!
This is the first video I have seen on your channel and I loved your analysis! I appreciate the technical descriptions - very informative for a layman who isn’t very knowledgeable about measures and counting and such. I wish you all the best as you continue your Nightwish journey. ❤from Nightwish Army of Minnesota USA
Thank you! I've done a couple of other Nightwish reactions which you can find in the description, if you're interested ☺ Hopefully see you around in my other videos!
Love it when 'real' musicians analyze this song. You are part of a 'small' minority of reviewers that note, and explain, the complexity of their signature changes.
I was fortunate to be there and i loved it, to hear floor for the first time - after her having a hard time to learn the set list in such a short time.
Tuomas Holopainen's favorite composer is Hans Zimmer, which probably accounts for the fact that many mention that his music sounds like a movie sound track. But, movie soundtracks don't have these musicians and Floor. I was so glad to see this pop up on my feed. Love your Nightwish reactions because I always learn something new, even if I have heard the songs many, many times. Thank you so much for that analysis.
Good to know that that is no synthetic choir. It is the Metro Voices of London contract choir group. They also sometimes use the The Young Musicians' Children's Choir. you heard the kids in Storytime. And last but not least, the strings and woodwinds and brass horns you hear are not from the synth keyboards. You are hearing The London Philharmonic Orchestra, with whom Nightwish collaborates regularly, recorded live at Abbey Road Studios under the direction of Tuomas and his former orchestra arranger, Pip Williams. The part you said reminded you of a video game: When I first heard it 18 years ago, it reminded me of a Celtic folk music vibe and still does. And the nearby section where the French horns are first heard loudly always reminds me of the 1812 Overture. In the 2005 live performance with the original singer, Tarja Turunen, this section was punctuated by a vast explosion of confetti cannons on both sides of the audience, adding to the 1812 Overture vibe! Great reaction! I have enjoyed all your NW reactions so far, as your analytical interludes are always, not only very informative, but also very interesting to listen to carefully! :)
@@charlesxavier.. Yeah, it's a Session Orchestra, a subset drawn out for a special session in studio. I think it was credited on one of the albums (Imaginaerum?) as "The Looking Glass Orchestra." But am I wrong in saying that the Session group is drawn from the London Philharmonic?
@@christomashofski9160 The point is as follows: Firtsly, Nightwish never mentioned on the credits albums tha orchestra . Why to avoid such a prestige thing? Secondly, on Nightwish compilation Hight Hopes It can be read on the booklet that for songs from Once album The London Session was used . Thirdly, Nightwish orchestra leader Gavyn Wright founded in 1993 The London Session. And last and the evidence is that Mikka Jussila (bands engineer )told me, by e-mail, London Session rather than Philharmonic. ...and thats all !! ...😊😊
@@charlesxavier.. OK, so the point is I'm a dummy. Forgive me for being far less familiar with terminology in the music industry than experts like you. So the ACTUAL point is two simple questions that remain unanswered: 1. Am I incorrect in saying that a Session Band or Session Orchestra is just that, constituted temporarily for a particular contracted session. Is that incorrect understanding on my part? And 2. Am I incorrect in saying that this Session Orchestra and the Looking Glass Orchestra musicians are drawn from the same group of professionals that work as the London Philharmonic? Or are they drawn from a pool that is totally unrelated to the Philharmonic employees?

This was the first out of countless reaction videos Ive watched through the years, that I did not skip a single second of. I'm sure other musicians know their stuff, but I hate it when they pauze and talk. Loved every minute of this. Liked, subscribed and looking forward to watching all your other uploads!
I love that I can see your whole body tense and the cords in your neck stand out a bit when the heavy guitar starts chugging in the beginning. That means the music is working, delivering its intended emotional response. It's not a nervous or scared tension, more of an excited tension.
Nice reaction, and especially a very professional analysis, like it very much. Best comment though was about Floor's hair not obeying gravity :D And a bit surprised that you didn't mention, that the guitar solo before the interlude repeats and modulates the melody Floor sang before.
How Jukka was suffering with severe insomnia and did put up a performance like that is beyond my understanding. Normally, someone under such a health disability is completely energy drained.
@@32a34a Exactly. It wasn't just the 16 songs here in this show. It was for the whole tour and even before the tour and after. I can't imagine how hard it must have been for Jukka to go through hell and back. He must be an adept of the old saying "The Show Must Go On" for sure.
Actually there's a backing track for the orchestra and choir stuff. This was recorded using the London Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir which they've worked together with for many many years. Oh and Floor has a fan in front of her standing on the podium that's pointed at her head which makes her hair flow differently. And yeah it's like a movie soundtrack aka movie score... hence Ghost Love SCORE 😉
Yup. They keep in sync with it thanks to the drummer (Jukka in this performance) having a click track playing in his in-ear monitor. That's why you can line up live performances from different concerts and have them all pretty much in sync. (But still all be different; they are all playing and singing live, of course.) They have the choir part lower in the mix than in Tarja's version: Floor added some vocal stunts to the end of the song to make it her own. In the 2005 End of an Era concert video, it's just instrumental + choir for like a minute after Tarja's last two "my fall will be for you" lines. Floor draws them out longer and adds that long head-voice note followed by a flip to mixed belt on the same pitch, for the last repeat of "my fall..."
The selection of words, the dialect, the tiny pauses between many words... I don't know if this is an England thing or a hairless thing but I like it ☺ "Thä was this... hooon... sound blaring through." 😂😂 (5:59)
HAHAHA Now you understand that Floor is our Valkyrie Goddess of Metal! She defies normal physics! You are not the first man I have seen brought to tears by Floor & Nightwish. It is almost always a real experience rather than just a song. It is why they are best live - such power & emotions. 😊😊😊❤❤❤😊😊😊
You may be interested in reacting to the second disk of their double album Human Nature, which is a 30 minutes orchestral only piece called All the Works of Nature Which Adorn the World. Also Tuomas they keyboardist and composer of this song has a solo album called Music Inspired by the Life and Times of Scrooge, which is almost all instrumental also.
I would like to request a reaction to "Shoemaker". It is a tribute to Eugene Shoemaker, the only person who has been honored by having his ashes taken to the moon. Tuomas Holopainen said the song was inspired by reading the biography. I believe you will really like the song. The official lyric video is best. Nightwish is amazing.
the lyric video is best to analyze the song, but after the review, I would also watch just the ending aria, live from Hellfest to see/ hear Floor do that section live. It brings me to tears every f'ing time I watch/ listen to it!
Its nice to see another person that actually does a breakdown and not just watch without saying anything and maybe talk at the end or, "i liked it" and then done.
Thank you for this intelligent, insightful, and darkly humorous analysis! It's highly enjoyable that you get hung up on small details, like the crowdsurfing, and audience reactions, too. Keep them coming!

you hardly find fans more devoted than us Nightwish fans. We love Nightwish, we lovetheri music, lyrics, composition and we love Floor. I'm reacting late to this, so I'm sure someone already mentioned this, but the goosebumps you feel, is literary called Floorgasm, and both Floor Jansen and Nightwish are well aware of that term. It is because it conveys no sexual meaning, but it is a term of endearment in the fan community
I adore your honest and unique detailed analysis as always! I’m sure you can glean more after a repeated listen, viewing. I imagine the turbulent beginning is the excitement to come as a ship goes to sea. Her initial siren call lures the sailors in and the symphonic interval is like her descent back into the sea. What happens next is the view of the captain of the ship IMO as he faces obstacles as the sea begins to churn.😋
In terms of performance, I think you'll enjoy reacting to “The Greatest Show on Earth (with Richard Dawkins)”, which is their longest performance at around 20 minutes.
This band and this song got me into Symphonic Metal. I saw this by another reaction video and immediately booked to see them. I also found Within Temptation with the brilliant 'Mother Earth' and 'Sinéad' songs. Highly recommend a reaction to these. I think this was the best concert ever for Floor. I would have loved being there in the crowd with that atmosphere. Good reaction video 💛💥💥💛🤘🤘🤘🤘

Wow, I came in just to listen someone enjoy Nightwish, and found a thoroughly enjoyable musical analysis. Highlight of my day right here. Thanks for the effort!
Well, the wait was worth it. I've been waiting for this reaction since trying to get you to react to it when first joining your patreon group, but having to settle for the song Ever Dream because of the length of this one. Thanks for getting to this one and I'm glad you see why so many wanted you to see this amazing performance by Nightwish.
So happy you listened and reacted to this track. Nightwish and the London Philharmonic orchestra (not synths 😂) have done an absolute number here. With Floors vocals and storytelling ability over the top it’s amazing. Talking about timings. If you wish to venture further away into metal, I recommend Tool and a track called Pneuma. The polyrhythms in that are mind boggling. Danny Carey, the drummer, has a video drum cam set up. He’s a beast. Quite a world away from Diana Ankudinova/ dimash where I first discovered you. 😊
London Philharmonic if memory serves. They've got quite the track record in popular music, from The Alan Parsons Project to Alice Cooper back when there was a band as well as a singer of the name.
This is the 13th song of a 15 song set , the stamina is amazing hence the small breaks , The drummer is incredible , this whole concert is worth a listen
Very precise and accurate analysis of this Epic Song. Thanks from a 75 year old fan. You are going down one of the greatest musical Rabbit Holes called Nightwish. Thank you again.
I absolutely love your analysis of this song, especially the music. I don't know anything technical about instrumentation, timing, counting, etc. So, to have these reviewed was, to say the least, illuminating. Thank you.
Floor's hair is affected by gravity, but also by the fan positioned directly in front of her microphone stand. She is a metal goddess, and they give her all the tools necessary to embody that fact.
Good reaction. When you finally get around to The Greatest Show on Earth live at Tampere be warned, it’s around 30 minutes long. Be sure to play it to the very end. I will prepare a picnic complete with plenty of drinks (alcohol free!) before settling down to watch😊
Did you notice in the mid section different wind instruments, clarinet, bassoon, flute, start suggesting and announcing the bombastic theme that will unfold? I always found that so cool. This live version is great, but it frustrates me a bit that people always react to it and not to the studio version, where you can hear all the instruments and nuances so much better. There's even a friggin citar there at some point! Anyways, great react, it's the best one I've seen!
Wayyyy deeper musical analysis than other reaction vids. Very interesting, thank you. By the way, you can't hear it as well as in the studio version but there are background vocals (especially at the end) and they make it sound like an opera. The lyrics are : My fall will be for you My love will be in you You were the one to cut me So I’ll bleed forever
its the 2nd time i see you react to music, the first was The Sound of Silence from Disturbed, you are just fantastic, love the way you tell how its made and how to listen to the music, cant get enough, really awesome.!!
I came here from the Disturbed react video, too, and it was my first from this channel. I love how in-depth and detailed and perceptive the observations are!
The violin line (along with all the other orchestral instruments in the performance) is by the London Philharmonic Orchestra (so not Thuomas' synths), who provided the orchestral backing for the entire album, and the backing track for live performances, all to Thuomas' composition, of course. The backing choirs are the Metro Voices from London and the London Young Musicians Children's Choir. The ending was rearranged by Floor within a week of joining Nightwish on tour as a stand-in before (as it was and remains her favourite Nightwish song) she persuaded the band to put it back into the setlist she famously had to learn in 48 hours including the flight from her native Netherlands. I don't believe there has been a concert since then that has not included this song, now also a huge fan favourite, which was put back into the setlist for 10/10/2012 at Austin, TX, so just 10 days after her first performance with Nightwish on the 1st October 2012 in Seattle WA.
Nightwish makes me even more proud to be a Finn, its nice to see their music being appreciated. Thanks for the breakdown, it makes me appreciate musicians and composers even more to hear all the complexities behind each piece of music. 🙏🏻
This piece, this score, has carried me through some rough times during two decades. Not once, not twice, not trice.. but through all of them. And it's doing it again right now. This is my happy place. This is my escape.

❤ Wow - thanks!
Same, this was an excellent breakdown.
This is one of the most epic live performances EVER. And it's also probably the most reacted music video on TH-cam. Greetings from Finland! ☃️👍
This is the best live performance of a song I have ever seen.
Also the song is pretty decent isn't it.
My observation of your observation tells me that your brain was working at 110% to not only dissect the song, but just to listen to the composition of the song. You put your education and emotions into your reactions. I appreciate that, as you admit not experiencing this style of music before realizing that the composition is indeed well thought out. 🌹
Yeah I definitely feel tired after filming one of these (and especially when it's a song like this!)
I have to think about listening to the song as it's supposed to be listened to, but also noticing things I think would be good to mention in these videos. I always listen to the songs after I film the videos and find it very interesting hearing new things I missed the first time 🎶
@@SirHairless To be honest there are very few things in your reactions that your briliant mind missed.. 🙂 Thank you for shearing us your knowledge.👏👍
I don't think I've seen a song analysis quite like this before. I'm very impressed. And I love the concise style you're going with.
Glad you enjoyed
Thanks for the recommendations!
Yes! Shoemaker please! 🫶
@@SirHairless; “The Poet and The Pendulum” is Not for the faint of heart. I recommend 2016 Wembly w/Lyrics. Good luck getting through that one!😅
@@Nemo67577 Yes, it needs a bit of background research. I struggle listening to it 😬.
Sir hairless! Please do not jump into poet and the pendulum without reading about the events that led up to Tuomas writing the beloved masterpiece.
The most reacted to song ever and this is the best musical analysis I've ever seen. Half an hour flew like 3 minutes for me. Incredible!
Wow Thank you so much
Man ... have seen many reaction videos to this live performance and you're simply one of the best, if not the best one. Thank you for your thoughts and insight. And for taking us through this epic voyage. Cheers !
The entire 2013 Wacken concert is phenomenal 🔥
Ah, Sir Hairless! Not only do I appreciate your analysis (always learn much), but your sense of humour is much enjoyed!
Nightwish - The Greatest Show on Earth (Spirit Tampere [4K Upscaled])
This is the GOAT
I've watched reactions to this performance many, many times. Every time Floor gets to the "Hey" section I start trying to remember where I parked by longboat, because I'm convinced that we're all going to go out and pillage something. When she returns to the "My fall..." section, I'm fighting to hold back tears. It's a remarkable performance by the entire band.
I have watched hundreds of reactions to this song, but you showed me new things I hadn't noticed before. Thank you!
🎵
Thank you for this brilliant reaction and analysis. So fun watch this in your company. I`v watch this version many, many times and never get board. Nightwish is for sure a liveband and one of the very best. They are all lovely people...down to earth....At the same time they send you to music heaven. Cheers from a finn in Sweden.
Yesss, it’s so good to have Sir Hairless coming back to visit the wild land of the horns sign🤘Welcome back and thank you very much for this wonderful visit, Sir H!🤟
Lanternlight from their last album. I love it!!!
This. This please. Lanternlight is special.
Not metal, but piano and orchestra backing Floor , and some of Troy. Absolutely beautiful music, and cinematography.
Very different, but stirs the emotions. I love it.
Well done sir. I have watched _far_ too many reactions to this song/performance, and yet you did indeed find new things to talk about. I do enjoy musical analysis at this level from someone who appears to know what he is talking about.
What we're really watching is someone new fall in love with Nightwish and Floor 🙂
Dead Boy's Poem, live from Buenos Aires 2018.
I concur
I concur!
Wacken 2013 Nightwish was just out of this world. Great reaction!
Thank you! Your reactions are of high quality; I always learn something new, and yet it comes in a package that disgestible for an amateur.
Cheers, I appreciate it 🙏
Good to know that that is no synthetic choir. :)
London Session Orchestra , not Philharmonic...😊
@@charlesxavier.. they have recorded and played with both..
@@christomashofski9160 The point is as follows:
Firtsly, Nightwish never mentioned on the credits albums tha orchestra .
My man - this is one of the best in-depth musical analysis I've ever heard on TH-cam. Great reaction to one of my favorite bands and great analysis. You've earned a subscriber - Best regards from Croatia 🤟
Thank you sir 🫡
King Jukka Nevalainen on drums!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Nightwish forever. I've seen them several times, and they NEVER fail to impress and move.
Thank you, Sir H. You made me appreciate all the more what an amazing piece of music this is. And I can't listen to it without tears either.
20:56 It’s the internet, so you are going to battle trolls! 🤣 Thank you for the video. Even dough I listened to many reactions/analysis videos, you were able to help me understand this song a bit more.
Haha very good point
Thank you for your amazing Review . This is the song I stumbled across a few years ago and started my decent into the Nightwish rabbit hole . Never been happier with a Band . I hope you will continue to discover everything about Nightwish and its Players as you move through this wonderful experience . Suggestion...Dead Boy's Poem , Buenos Aires 2018 . Masterpiece ! Cheers .P.S. you may need/want to set up a Nightwish Playlist Section as I'm sure you will need it . I know we will .
Thank you! Nightwish playlist now live
This was the first out of countless reaction videos Ive watched through the years, that I did not skip a single second of. I'm sure other musicians know their stuff, but I hate it when they pauze and talk. Loved every minute of this. Liked, subscribed and looking forward to watching all your other uploads!
Thank you! 🙏
Best comment though was about Floor's hair not obeying gravity :D
And a bit surprised that you didn't mention, that the guitar solo before the interlude repeats and modulates the melody Floor sang before.
Thank you. Another genuinely great analyser. I am in for the rides!
Happy you met our Dutch Valkyrie Metal Goddess Floor and Nightwish.
Please do more, it’s all this good!
Jukka treated those drums like they stole his lunch money.
Jukka needs his lunch for the energy
How Jukka was suffering with severe insomnia and did put up a performance like that is beyond my understanding. Normally, someone under such a health disability is completely energy drained.
@@paulocarvalho6480 And just as amazing he did what 10 songs in that concert. I am surprised at how many years
he was able to perform.
It's the #1 Floor fan, which is also a floor fan.
It was not.
Yup. They keep in sync with it thanks to the drummer (Jukka in this performance) having a click track playing in his in-ear monitor. That's why you can line up live performances from different concerts and have them all pretty much in sync. (But still all be different; they are all playing and singing live, of course.)
They have the choir part lower in the mix than in Tarja's version: Floor added some vocal stunts to the end of the song to make it her own.
I don't know if this is an England thing or a hairless thing but I like it ☺
"Thä was this... hooon... sound blaring through." 😂😂 (5:59)
Time signature changes are Nightwish trademark and its great you noticed it unlike so many reactions 👍
Thank you for this! It was a wonderful reaction and analysis as per usual 🙂 So cool, beautiful and epic
Definitely epic! Thanks
haha ... wait till he does Poet and the Pendulum! :~(
You may be interested in reacting to the second disk of their double album Human Nature, which is a 30 minutes orchestral only piece called All the Works of Nature Which Adorn the World.
Song Of My Self.
Sir, adorable knowledge you have! Thank you for the excellent explanation of music! Greetings from the Nightwishland a.k.a Finland 🇫🇮
I've watched tens of reactions to this performance. This is the first one I have actually given a Like to. Thanks!
You haven't seen David Heretic then, I assume 🙂
His is worth watching as well.
Oh, and Music Kingdoms "combined" version (studio + live). With this one you learn to appreciate the origin(al).
What an awesome reaction! I’ve heard this song literally a hundred times but with your guidance I’ve heard it with new ears. You have pointed out so many subtleties that I’ve never noticed before.
Floor making me cry, again. Every single damn time.
Thank you so much. At last , an in depth musical analysis of this magnificent piece of music. Your explanations are well thought out and well constructed. It is very much appreciated and the fact that you avoid stating the obvious is wonderful. Thanks again, kind regards Mick from Aus.
I enjoy the way you take your time to share your knowledge analysing what this amazing band can make, they`re the best and your reactions too, had to subscribe! keep rocking and stay safe,,,,
Thank you 🙌🏽
I've watched many reactions to this performance (o7 General Gabriel) - yours is one of the most insightful. Bravo.
you hardly find fans more devoted than us Nightwish fans.
I‘ve been hoping for a while that you would discover Nightwish and do this reaction - thank you!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed your analysis... new subscriber... thanks!
In terms of performance, I think you'll enjoy reacting to “The Greatest Show on Earth (with Richard Dawkins)”, which is their longest performance at around 20 minutes.
That might actually finish him off.😮
@@shorey66 Yes, and it has to be the London version, not Tampere as Troy on the EBow at the start really adds to it giving much more atmosphere
@@CraigJenkins-e8w I actually prefer the Tampere one. It's much more dramatic.
Well, i love your analysis and I must say,, i only wish, i had a music teacher like you in elementary school, ..... heard this song hundreds of times.. but... you manage to show and teach me something new... thank you.
Seeing those little smiles during the video... that is the approval of talent :)
this is the best performance i have ever seen live....
Nightwish army Western NY chiming in. Love your facial expressions as you hear the time signature changes. Keep up the good work!
I'm 67and a huge Night wish fan for 18 years. I really appreciate your reaction.
With Nightwish there is a full symphony orkest and choir on a tape playing❤❤❤❤
both from London!
London Philharmonic if memory serves. They've got quite the track record in popular music, from The Alan Parsons Project to Alice Cooper back when there was a band as well as a singer of the name.
Yess thank you so much for doing this! A great analysis, as always.
This is the 13th song of a 15 song set , the stamina is amazing hence the small breaks , The drummer is incredible , this whole concert is worth a listen
Best reaction/analysis on GLS I've seen so far. I salute you, Sir! 🤘🏻
Thank you! 🫡
This is a piece of the finest art 😍
Sublime analysis, easily the best out of dozens I've seen of this song, by a substantial margin. I learnt a lot.
🙏
The lyrics are :
My fall will be for you
My love will be in you
You were the one to cut me
So I’ll bleed forever
its the 2nd time i see you react to music, the first was The Sound of Silence from Disturbed, you are just fantastic, love the way you tell how its made and how to listen to the music, cant get enough, really awesome.!!
Thank you so much 🙏🏽
I came here from the Disturbed react video, too, and it was my first from this channel. I love how in-depth and detailed and perceptive the observations are!
You put so much hard work into this reaction it’s incredible. Great great job on your part 👍👍.
I love Finnish metal(Im from the USA).
This piece, this score, has carried me through some rough times during two decades. Not once, not twice, not trice.. but through all of them. And it's doing it again right now.
This is my happy place. This is my escape.
Great reaction to nightiwish, hope we get more of this.🔥
