- Ever since i made my V2 of hardmode the murder, i've been wanting to make a V2 of this, i just kept forgetting about this because other stuff got in the way, a few days ago i finally remembered this and decided to finish it, and in all honesty, i definitely like it much much better now, i could've done better on the mixing, but at least it's not balls to the walls like it was on V1, hell i used a damn limiter on V1, which really shows how old it is, cause i never use the limiter nowadays.

Here's a list of what you may do with my work.
What you are not allowed to do:
1. Reupload anything i have made, even if it is credited (The videos reuploaded before this statement was made that have proper credit in them may stay but i'd appreciate it if you do delete them).
2. Use my music but just with different art, visuals and title unless it is properly credited.
3. Use my work and claim you made it. That is just a dick move and is not acceptable in any way.
4. Monetize the videos if any of the above is done. This is my work, therefore i am the one who deserves the money.
What you are allowed to do:
1. Use my work for fangames (But you HAVE to ask me first).
2. Use it as background music for livestreams, intros, outros, comic dubs (Ask first), speedpaints (Ask first), animations (Ask first), commentary videos and anything that's transformative enough for me to accept it. Anything done in that category i allow for monetization as long as the right credit is given.
3. Make nightcore or any of the tempo/pitch changing stuff with my work as long as the right credit is given.

Well, correction, i look for sprites, and when i find one i like, i recreate it manually, which takes fucking ages but i still get it done, the only thing i'll take credit for on the sprites is the animations i add on them, the sprite themselves belong to the rightful owners, so i don't make the actual sprites, i just recreate them and then animate them

Usually people add a "Ask before use" on their sprites, but that wasn't the case with your sprite, so i assumed it was a "as long as the right credit is given" thing, so i apologize for not asking, but thanks for not being mad i guess.

May I ask why you don't use the limiter? I have no
idea how to mix, so it would be great to have some pointers
a limiter is to reduce volume, as certain mixes do get pretty loud... when using a limiter you remove an entire frequency range. for an adaptive limiter, it will analize the audio and then interpolate it to see which frequency needs to be removed
