Thanks for the updated review on this bag. I am a big fan of the speedy b 25 so much that I sold all my 30's and now have 3 speedy b 25's in my collection the Damier Ebene, Monogram and Damier Azur. For me it is perfect because it holds everything I carry, it's light in weight, you can wear it crossbody, hand held or in the crook of the arm. I also use a purse organizer it helps with the structure and things not getting lost in the big hole. :-)
@@snow_passion It's a tie between the mono and the damier ebene for me. The mono is really pretty with honey patina but the DE is weather proof and I love that classic red interior. Can't wait to hear which one you choose. xoox Wendy

This use to be my dream bag besides the chanel jumbo double flap when I was little. When I finally was able to afford luxury goods, this bag never made it into my collection. I still think it’s a great classic and I ended up purchasing a mini hl instead, so technically I have a speedy in my collection. Great review!
Great info Amy! I find using SLG's helps cut down the annoyance of fishing for a small item in a bag, especially when you can't use your eyes and are solely relying on your hand to find something.

What about the alma bb in ebene? is that also heavy on the straps? Does that bother you? I don't carry much but feel the Speedy B is lighter than the Alma bb ebene. I prefer a more everyday bag. Can't decide, think I need to try it on at the store...but so far I like the subtle look of the ebene print.

I love this shape, so I got the Coach Satchel in the same style! It is a lot stiffer, so I didn't need an organizer. Ihave a video about it, if you're interested 😀

I just bought a damier ebene speedy 25 b and upon getting it I notice bubbling on both sides of the coated leather :(( Was it like that with yours? I'm just so unsure if I need to take it to a store to have it checked out or even perhaps returning/exchanging.. Would love to get your input!! Xoxo

Congratulations on you preloved speedy! Unfortunately, I am not an official authenticator and cannot provide this service legitimately and I wouldn't want to make a mistake doing so either. There are plenty of authenticating services out there for a nominal fee. I used Sabina Lynn for my Chanel bag and you can easily reach out to her by email. She is also on Instagram. I also suggest you join the Facebook groups and purseforum for further research. The purseforum also offers free authentication services from experienced volunteers but you have to be patient and follow their guidelines for the free service. :)

Please, how you can get the bag material more straight, as they are foloded from both sides?
I keep a custom organizer inside but honestly it just needs more time for the bag to smooth out the creases over time :)

Trust me get both....i had speedy and than i bought neverfull....now i have three speedy and two neverfull....LV is addictive

Selling is generally hard but popular styles of LV will retain value the best overall.

I owned the alma bb in epi leather before and I didn't find it heavy because you can't fit as much as the speedy b :)

Completely normal. Some SAs pre- assembles them, some don't.

I'm not sure what you mean by bubbling but it doesn't sound normal to me. I'd have it exchanged if it's a brand new bag.

Not really unless you just want to temporarily stand it up in the pocket from time to time
