Those are actually "RailRunner" not "RoadRailer" equipment. Major difference is these are a separate trailer and container vs. one-piece specialty trailers. We have discussed this odd situation on other sites and can only speculate that this was some kind of demonstration of the Railrunner since it is also a Massachusetts company. These are not in revenue service. Railrunner is actively trying to set up a major operation in Africa at this time and it looks like it may succeed there. An operation in Europe filed for bankruptcy and there seems no interest in North America at least not yet. G&U may be interested in dipping its toe into the concept maybe? No official word on this.
I thought the ' bogies' looked different, thanks for the clarification. I worked with roadrailers on CP, but these to be containers sitting on the bogies' or trucks, how do they connect the trainline air through them?

Conrail often used these in the late 1980s. I grew up along the former Ft Wayne line and often had to wait at crossing for long trains of these.

Amazon bought the facility sometime ago, not surprised if the G&U wants to do business with them tbh
