My first luxury bag was a LV Pochette Accessories in Monogram. I used it so much, sold it after many years of use, and bought another one preloved in DE. I use a long strap with it to wear it crossbody.

I started my collection with a tote that is now discontinued but it was the LV Rsapail. I still have it back from 2012. Love that bag like the day I bought it. I was so uneducated on vachetta so I carried it without any cares. Needless to say I ended up replacing all the vachetta but won’t ever part with it. ❤❤
Ahh that’s a great piece!! Yes I had no idea what I was doing with vachetta either-I left it out in the sun for days hoping it would tan, and wore it out in the rain all the time and kept wondering where the stains were coming from 🫣😭 Glad you have a forever bag! Thanks for waching❤
I still want that super mini!!!! I have decided though that I’m going to wait to find her on the preloved market maybe in a year for 2 reasons. The first is that I feel like Gucci will release another hero bag a year from now causing what I hope will be folks selling it for the new it bag!! Secondly because it’s built to take a lot of wear and tear. The coated canvas I feel provides a sturdier bag & should hold up well after a year or more!! 😘✌️💜
You can get that same durability from the LV Alma in this video. Gucci really isn't as nice from my pov. I think Gucci is so overpriced now, too. Gucci should be considered a lot more casual and that should be reflected in the price. This specific bag was acctually not bad, but in general I dont think Gucci is even half as elegant. Their glasses, and fashions are a different story, but the bags. I don't like them. Gucci especially with the green and red stripe design is a jeans and white-t sort of bag. 1500+ for that is just not sensible. There are a million bag designers in this world. I don't think its worth spending 1500$ on Gucci.

I started my collection with SLGs and ended up buying the LV Marais petit bucket bag in Damier Ebene as my very first preloved luxury purse. I def would’ve opted in for a brand new Alma bb or speedy if I had the money. But I know what my next purse purchase would be.☺️ Great vid!
I have two pre-loved*preluxz* that people left the stickers on, and when you remove them, the hardware looks different than the hardware right next to it that the sticker didn’t touch. It’s not because the other has scratches, the sticky stuff affected the finish.
I love the dark LV Alma - thats really a perfect recommendation... yes vachetta is tricky... I also screwed up with mine... still not sure how to properly care for them. I reall like it white though. I always wanted mine to stay white and when it got darker I wanted a new bag ^^ thats how they get you- would be great if you made a video on how you care for your vachetta❤
@@marenhumblebee2736 haha I’m the opposite! I love the honey patina look😅😅 I’m not sure I’m the best to give advice on how to care for it-my only suggestions would be to avoid getting water and stains on it and to occasionally condition it!🤎
