upgraded 2 days ago from an 8 to 14. not really wanted to do it because my 8 still performs well even after 4 years, but the small storage is causing me problems. It’s crazy how these phones are still very usable despite released years ago.

However, I do feel like you can still use an iPhone 6s today if the battery is in good condition and you have enough storage to update to IOS 15.7

I have 6s plus as new, 8years and still it is good mobile, but you cant compare speed betwen 2 and 6 gb ram and absolutly different processor, display…6s plus is still good mobile, only one reason if you should buy newest mobile gadget, if you want newest apple watch, maybe secure to the future, beckause last ios update is 15. … but some little updates are still downloadable… i update to the 14 pro and it is so big different, but 6 is still good mobile, but evolution you can feel from every side.

I used my iPhone 6 plus in 30 July 2020 until now the device is unusable and when the battery is At 5% the phone is very laggy even more and when I plugged in the phone, it doesn't be laggy but when I unplug it again it's slow same thing, I now use Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g and bought it since 16 June 2023. also if I had iphone 6s plus, it would be good but instead I got that phone and color being space Grey for 6 plus is my favorite and I like it

What 8 year-old Android phone can do that? None (I've had flagship Samsungs for the last 7 years, and just switched to 15 Pro Max). Hands down to Apple. You can still use an 8 year-old phone and have no problems with it whatsoever, other than it not being as new-looking and blazing fast as the new models. Apple makes phones to last, Android makes phones to discard after 2 years.
