That is legally. Socially and in your or mine opinion you can think she is guilty
This is what they do, they aren't people and question them under caution then release them without charge whilst they carry on the investigation. At some point there will be charges but this is a complex case and will take a while. Her defenders are starting to sound very much like the defenders of Trump and Johnson

Every time Sturgeon was interviewed on Good Morning Britain she was given a very easy time of it - always a cozy chat. It was as if Sturgeon ran Scotland in a very efficient manner. This was never the case and some very basic fact checking on her performance would have proved otherwise. When I criticise Sturgeon and her incompetent that doesn't imply that any other UK political party is doing a good job.
