Without doubt the best review of the tiger I've seen so far. So nice to hear what the bike is like to live with rather than someone quoting specs after riding it for an hour. Excellent job
I enjoyed your review. Wow, 40K miles! TH-cam suggested your channel since I ride a Tiger 900 also. After viewing another of your videos I just want to say I am so sorry for the loss you suffered. I admire your resiliency and ability to move on. Keep on riding and hang in there, girl.
As the owner of a 2023 GT Pro (in white), I agree with most of what you said. I don't have any issues raising or lowering the windscreen while riding. However, I don't think the seat is all that comfortable--everyone's posterior is different, I know. I don't want to buy an aftermarket seat due to losing the heat, so I've ordered a gel pad to try. In my 55 years of riding all types of motorcycles from just about every manufacturer, my Triumph may be the best bike I've ever owned (so far). Good video. Ride safe.
I've seen many Tiger 900 videos. This is one of the best!! Real info on actually living with the bike. I just bought a second hand today. 2022 3,000kms barely barely used. Hoping to put many kilometers on in. After 5years not riding I can't wait!
Great review!! I'm still under 2k miles on mine and I agree with everything you said so far. I absolutely love my bike, it is such a great ride. Best tag line of any motorcycle channel!! Love it!

Thank you very much for the video, I'm currently in the market for a touring bike (coming from a naked 750) and the Tiger 900 GT PRO is at the very top of my shortlist now. Thanks for a great real life report. I have had my gt pro for 2 years but only done 9000 miles. However, the weather is so variable in the UK, the bike is almost always covered in muck! I have only had a faulty heated grip so far. My mine doesn't use any oil between services. It does seem yours uses a lot. My 800 didn't burn any either. I also agree about the Bluetooth being flakey! All in all, though, a better bike than the 800, and easier to put on the centre stand. I also find the vibration is less of an issue on the 900. The 800 was a bit buzzy.. well done you!
thank you for this excellant review Im in the process of buying my first triumph and im getting the all new aragon version. apart from the little niggles you mentioned youve set my mind at ease i now know im making the right choice. thanks so much
Great review I go to pick up my 2024 Rally pro today I know its a different bike and has a few improvements over previous years. This bike will be nestled next to my 70 Triumph Tiger two bike 54 years apart :-)
Congratulations 🎊 You're going to love it! I'm glad you liked the review. Check out the dash walk through video. It will give you an idea of all the amazing things in there.
I fully agree with all the comments -- excellent overview. I have a 2020 Rally Pro. Also a very nice bike. Great road handling even with the 21" front and 50/50 tires in my case and a reasonably fast bike.
Great review! I've been deciding between a Tiger 900 or KTM 890 for some BDR riding. Major props for putting 40k on a bike in one year, that is definitely some serious miles, your ending also gave me a good laugh!
Great review. I've had mine for two years, and lots of long distance trips. Get a GIVI touring screen. It's too big, but great for cold weather. Put Grip Puppies on the grips. Still gets plenty hot, and gives a little vibration protection. And yes the GoPro integration is cool, when it works. It's one of my biggest frustrations. Seat wasn't great for me, I got a Sargeant aftermarket. It has a cutout for man parts that I appreciate. Quick shifter is brilliant. I thought I would never us it, but now I love it. Look at the Tutoro chain oiler as well. Makes it fantastic for long trips not having to check the chain. 18,000 miles on first chain. You didn't mention the front end being adjustable for dampening and rebound. The stock setting dipped too much for me, but you can adjust it pretty easily. I replaced the plastic handguards with Bark Busters, no more problems with drops. The 12k service is stupid expensive. Triumph should update the engine to use hydraulic lifters so they don't need to do those port checks. For me the price is about $2k. After 5 of them I will have more in the maintenance checks than the price of the bike! It's the one reason why I probably won't buy another Tiger.
Great review! Hard to believe that the 900 goes through chains that fast. I've been contemplating the tiger 900 vs the 1200. I prefer the shaft drive of the 1200 but I am not sure about the cost of maintenance. Its quite a bit...not as much as a BMW but more than my current goldwing.
Bluetooth question....... When the phone is plugged into the under seat USB connection will the bikes Bluetooth control access it through that connection so you can control the phone and listen through your helmets Bluetooth? Great review by the way. I'm in my early 70s riding a Challenger and considering going to something lighter. If I can find one to demo this will be on my shortlist along with the s1000xr or r1250rs. haven't had a bike with a chain for 20 years but the chain is not a deal breaker. My one thought being 5'9" with a 30" inseam is about comfortably reaching the ground.
I'm not sure what diificulty you're having with the windscreen. I simply reach out and grab the bar to raise or lower it. Perhaps the tracks on yours needs a shot of lubricant(?) The Bluetooth connectivity on the Tigers can be dependent on the phone you have. There's a list you can look up to see if your phone has been "tested". Even at that, it can be as problematic as Ducati and BMW. Using the Zumo is certainly an alternative, but of course you lose the convenience of the joystick. I agree on the grips. After 6 months, my grips look like they're 5 years old. I usually throw a cover over my bike too, to minimize UV damage...to anything. Great review. Looking forward to more. 👌
Thank you. I appreciate your insights! For me, it's the strength of the springs that hold the position that I struggle against. Yes, that's a good point that some phones might be more successful with the Bluetooth. I'd appreciate hearing what sort of content you'd like to see. Have you seen the review of the panniers or other type videos?
Great review. I don't understand the windscreen issue. It seems it is designed to adjust while riding. Are you just not strong enough to push it out while riding or is it a balance issue for you?
Great review. Ride safe. Personally I think the tech on bikes has lead to more accidents with older riders. More people looking at screens and less at the road. Distracted driving is happening more and more with more screens and tech on bikes. So pull over to mess with stuff. Be safe.
None of my valves were out of spec at 12000 miles. However, 2 of the exhaust valves were close to the lower limit. I will be doing the 24000 mile service this winter. It took me two days to complete it last time. But, I really took my time to thoroughly clean everything and measure valve clearance several times just to be sure.
Excellent review! I'm in the market for a new bike an the GT Pro is probably top of the list. I've seen plenty of reviews and spent some time on the forums trying to get a feel for what to expect. Seems to have been a few common issues regards fuelling, minor electrical niggles and the quality of some parts, but no more so than other bikes in the same price range. Could be some owners have had 'friday night' bikes, while others report no problems whatsoever. Vibrations through the bars & pegs was another reported complaint but I'm wondering whether this is more to do with reviewers testing demo bikes with relatively few miles. Having said that, Triumph have fitted elastomer bushes in the bar risers on the 2024 model, so at least they've been listening. Still a bit pricey for me so will be a while before I take the plunge
Vibrations are very strong in high revs. I road demo bike on Fri for a couple of hours and wanted to see test vibrations. They basically almost don't exist on lower RPMs. I don't remember the RMPs number where it starts, but they start to appear about 120-125km/h (80-85 mph). If one rides slower RPMs than required for this speed, there will be no vibrations. Also, internet says that Sport mode gives lower vibrations. If you redline the bike, you will feel vibrations very clearly and strongly, even the seat vibrates. But I don't mind that as long as I can cruise without them.
Dobrý den, pěkná recenze od skutečného uživatele. Video je opravdovým přínosem. Všiml jsem si Vaší čepice s českou vlajkou... Zdravím Vás z ČR. Vše nejlepší. 😉
Very inspirational. I send this video to my mom l o l. A court every six thousand miles is excessive to my liking's but glad you love your bike. Hi, from California.
I fitted Puig Upper Deflectors 20420H for the smoke colour. These replace the wings either side of the wind screen. They are larger than original and push more air around the rider. Our Tigers in Australia come fitted with Tourance Next tyres. They are rubbish in the wet. I fit Michelin Road 6 so much better. Do you use the Offrode mode when offroad? It will back the rear preload right off lowering the bike making it much more controllable on loose surface as well as dulling the throttle response for rough roads.
Thank you for the recommendation for the wings. Yes, I use the off road mode. I also just heard that the new models are coming fitted with the next 2 tires. I haven't had any problems with them. Thanks for the tire suggestion.
I did the same on my tiger gt. I found they made a big difference especially on the highway. Tourance next tires we’re fine on the road however I changed them out after 5 k miles. I went with the Dunlop trail max missions due to the BDR riding I plan on doing. The work very well on dirt roads and I’m not disappointed at all on the street. They’re not any louder than the stock tires we’re at highway speeds.
Very through review. I just purchased a 2022 Africa Twin and wondered about chain and sprocket life. You mentioned the chains but not the sprockets but I'm assuming you changed them also. Good job.
Maybe I'm late to the party, but windscreen is adjustable while riding. I had a demo ride on Fri, and had no issue to adjust it multiple times while riding as I was testing wind protection. It's also advertised as adjustable while riding. But I'm sure someone already mentioned that in the comments.
It has been suggested that I just grab the top of the windscreen instead of the bar. However, no matter how I try, I am not able to adjust while moving.
Great review. I’m a returning rider still shopping for my first RE-entry bike. It’s been over 10yrs, and even though I took MSF again I thinking of starting light and low. Looking at Royal. Enfield Scram411 or depending when they come available, the Triumph 400 Speed or 400x scrambler. What were some of your first bikes, or did you start on the Tiger? I have already been eyeing the Tiger 660 and 900’s for my second bike 😂 …when I am ready.
When I started riding again after a long break, I got a used standard bike, a naked SV 650. I suggest starting with used. Chances are you're going to drop it. We all do when starting out again. Heck, I dropped mine this year. 😆 The point is, once you've got your sea legs again, then get the bike you're dreaming of. The ones you listed would all be good to start riding again! A lower cc is much more forgiving and makes you learn your skills. Good luck! 🙂
What about the maintenance? Are they easy to work on yourself? MUST you take them to a dealership for most maintenance? These are key factors in purchasing about which nobody talks.
That's a great question! Yes, they are easy to work on for routine maintenance like oil changes! Not much to remove for access. Everything is laid out in an easily accessible manner. I do recommend taking them in for the valve checks and first shakedown dealership check. Especially because I was traveling, I did not have access to tools to do much beyond the basics, so I can't speak to how difficult that sort of higher level work would be.
@Czeching_Out_America Thanks for the prompt reply. I like working on my bikes myself. I just don't trust the service departments due to past incompetence. I'm not confident with valve clearances, but everything else is good. Some bikes are built so you MUST take them to service departments for certain maintenance. That's my main holdup on buying this bike. Thanks.
I have a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 1000sx but am considering a second bike. I'm 71 and, with all my injuries from younger years, may need a more comfortable bike. The Ninja is comfy but the ergonomics could be better. My problem is I only have a 4' x 10' shed. Only one bike can fit in it. How does the Tiger 900 GT Pro do out in the elements? I would have it covered. Thanks.
@OldGuyRidin the Tiger stands up to the weather nicely I feel. It depends how extreme your area weather is though. I garaged the Tiger over the 100°+ weather in Arizona this summer.
@Czeching_Out_America I hear it's nearly impossible to get a service manual and the service light MUST be reset by a dealership. That, if it's true, is a deal-breaker for me. Thanks.
Bravo, super vidéo. Une revue de détails très complète qui me donne vraiment envie de l'acheter. A bientôt sur les routes ... du Pays Basque. See you soon.
No. I haven't experienced any or any buzzing. Very smooth throughout the rpm range. I'm glad you appreciate the review! Best wishes for your purchase. You'll love it. ❤️
Like ABS, an electronically adjustable windscreen (if it has one) should be standard on every bike. It's not that complicated and raises the comfort by a mile. That alone makes me stick to my dull Burgman 650. I guess most people that design motorbikes don't have a driver license themself.
When you replaced thr chains did you do the sprockets also? I thought chains should last a bit longer than that...closer to 20K miles. I would love to see you review the 1200 GT and compare 😬
According to the spec sheet, it's just over 32". There is a low and a high seat adjustment though. I'm 5'8" with a long inseam. I comfortably flat foot on the low seat setting. Hope this helps.
Question: when you noticed better MPG after a valve service did they confirm valves needed to be adjusted . Its rare triumph need any valve adjusting until maybe the 36k service . A new air filter and clean oil will improve MPG. saying that you done 40K and in a year wow that's impressive traveling . wish I had the time and lived in country that had the space to that .I live north UK have to get to France to travel across Europe if want to do any long touring .
Yes, they were off when they did the check. I believe the air filter was a different service interval than that particular check. I'm not always able to hit the service intervals spot on, so sometimes things get done earlier or later than the all at once sequence.
That’s well road tested I took a GT pro for a test . It bit to much sit upright not sporty enough with body weight on bum . But very torquey engine if I was to put a air cushion seat and roll handle bars be perfect for me . I’ve had triple triumph street triple , Daytona 675 triple , triple are my favourite more than my v twin and on triumph’ is Handling spot on
I test rode a 900 GT and just loved it....BUT I did notice heat coming from the left side of the engine by the seat and also coming out of the radiator vents onto my legs. Have you had any issues with the cockpit and/or your legs getting hot? I rode it for about 15 mins and the temperature was only 66 degrees F. I then let the bike run for a couple minutes to simulate stop and go traffic and there was definite heat. Online it seems like some people are having unbearable heat and others are not, so I'm waffling.
I'm not experiencing any problems with the heat. When it's really cold out (30's to 50's), I can feel a pleasant warmth at times, but out in the desert heat and general hot summer weather, it didn't add any more heat than other bikes I've ridden. Not nearly like some I've ridden.
Thank you so much! Gosh, I wonder why some people are having the issue? I’m going to ride a different bike, same model, and see if it’s maybe bike by bike? Thx!! Otherwise, I think this motorcycle is just brilliant!
Love video have same bike 2023..model..only done 6000..miles it losses power sometimes just wondering anny one ere heard tis problem..tis starting after first service back to shop..look u ko problem 😢
Does it remember pre-load settings after switching the bike off and turning it on again? I saw another video that the only real complaint about the bike was after each fuel stop a person needed to set preload settings again, because he was riding with a passenger and luggage.
I have a lot of vibration from the hand grips but nothing from the foot pegs and i even took the rubber pads off the foot pegs. A good quality pair of gloves helps a lot. Not really a problem. I can live with it.
@@Czeching_Out_America yeah no issues riding either , have you tried grabbing the screen at top ? That can help over seen others do it instead of using the bar
2000 miles on mine in the month that I’ve had it. My only different assessment is that I find the quickshifter a cute gimmick that has no advantage 90 percent of the time. Mine is turned off.
Great review I'm surprised that it uses oil , Looking at Triumph 900 and the 1200 I own a kawasaki SX 1000 doesn't use a single drop of oil , From Wales GB,
Great review. However, I wish you had provided actual $ figures for the 12000 mile service the dealers charged you rather than just stating that the prices varied....
I thought a lot about sharing pricing, but prices can change over time too and I didn't want to give a dealership's prices and then they have to raise it and there's a problem.
I recommend you call your local dealership for an estimate. Prices vary depending on how much out of spec they are and the hourly rate for labor. It is also part of service intervals with other services included. I saw a difference of about $800 for the 12k service from one dealership to another.
I was thinking that grips on demo bike looked odd, like not clean. Now with your review, it's clear why. They just low quality and get worn out very quickly. And surely, demo bike doesn't have even 10k on it, and they already look worn out. So, they look like that probably just due time, not even really through use.
I have the Rally version. Very great review. I added T-Rex racing skid plate and upper and lower crash bars. Outback motorteck pannier rack which fit my mosko moto soft panniers, also Outback is developing hard sided panniers that works with mosko moto. The luggage rack is T-Rex also haven't found a top box I am impressed with as many are plastic. A Corbin seat and road lights. Hit a skunk at night and a deer but did drop the bike just broke a mirror, double take mirrors on ram mounts. Look for different windshield. Need a bike for my wife rides with. Wanted the new NT1100 but Honda will not import to the US it only for EU. The US dealer won't carry it as no market and may hurt the Very expensive Goldwing sales. There is a big market for the super sport bikes, who would ride one 300 miles. The Transalp is not a 2up touring bike and most reviews are compared with other and they are biased against honda always, if the bike was a tricycle the tricycle would win. This is the best honest motorcycle review. Thanks. 20k on mine. My true adventure bike is the CRF300L Rally, I shipped to the Philippines where we live.
Good review. I am curious how many miles you are getting on a set of tires - especially the originals. I love my Dunlop Trailmax Missions which is what I will put on when the original tires are done. They are durable and great off-road. Only complaint I have is my grips don't seem to get hot enough. The Tiger 800 was much better. The bike is much more balanced than the 800 and has better low end torque. I have not had any issues off-road, but I do wish it had a 21" front wheel like the Rally.
@@Czeching_Out_America had one on the cb1000r I had previously and this one makes the Honda unit feel agricultural. Unfortunately mine keeps failing went, or after, it gets wet.
1 quart is almost 1 liter of oil. That's a lot of oil to burn! The oil capacity on oil change is just to add 3.15 liters. So, almost third of all oil is burned in just 6000 miles. This is crazy to that they consider that normal. This literally means one needs to be checking oil every day while on a trip and carry 1 liter of oil with them. This is very concerning.
I agree! However, I was assured by the mechanic at the dealership that this is expected usage and it is not critical until there is only 1 litre left. That is, according to the mechanic, a quote from Triumph.
@@Czeching_Out_America actually I went a bit on search binge about this, after watching your video, because I'm at the moment trying to decide which bike to get and this one is at the top of my list. And this seemed very concerning. However, there are a lot of 900 owners saying the same thing about oil use (the same was also true with 800, I guess Triumph just builds them this way). Thus, it's pretty much indeed normal for this bike. Just a bit sad that one needs to carry a small bottle of oil on their travels (since space is always limited on the bike). My only use of the bike will be travel 1-3 months at the time.
This bike loves fuel. Check out before buying. Dash sucks. Technically perfect but what is displayed there is nightmare. More wind protection? For what? This is good even if u are 185cm tall - u're taller?
Tiger 900 gt pro is an amazing bike. Took me a while to find something adventure and at the same time light and low. It is very easy to handle, unlike say gs850.

Great review! I've been deciding between a Tiger 900 or KTM 890 for some BDR riding. Major props for putting 40k on a bike in one year, that is definitely some serious miles, your ending also gave me a good laugh!
Thank you. For the BDR, you'll definitely want the Rally model. Glad you liked the humor there.
Thank you for the helpful suggestions.
You might want to see if another dealership has better pricing somewhere you'd be willing to ride to. 😉
@@Czeching_Out_America I will probably be doing the rest of them myself. It’s an 8 hour job. And hourly rates in this area are expensive.
I'm pretty meticulous about maintaining the chain. It's about the same as other bikes I've owned.
No, the port under the seat is only for power.
I hope you get a test ride. You'll love it.
Check out my video on easy chain maintenance too.
I'm not sure what diificulty you're having with the windscreen. I simply reach out and grab the bar to raise or lower it. Perhaps the tracks on yours needs a shot of lubricant(?)
The Bluetooth connectivity on the Tigers can be dependent on the phone you have.
Yes, I would say that it would take quite a bit of strength to get it to move.
Very nice review of the Tiger 900. I am mostly interested in the rally pro. Choosing between that and KTM 890 Adventure or Husqvarna Norden 901.
Those are some nice ones. I tried the 890 Adventure, and it didn't suit me.
Great review. Ride safe. Personally I think the tech on bikes has lead to more accidents with older riders. More people looking at screens and less at the road. Distracted driving is happening more and more with more screens and tech on bikes. So pull over to mess with stuff. Be safe.
An interesting point worth looking into.
So you're doing the valve check yourself?
I guess I'm one of the lucky ones with 0 issues.
Dobrý den,
pěkná recenze od skutečného uživatele. Video je opravdovým přínosem. Všiml jsem si Vaší čepice s českou vlajkou... Zdravím Vás z ČR. Vše nejlepší. 😉
Thank you. Yes, I'm Czech.
Very inspirational. I send this video to my mom l o l. A court every six thousand miles is excessive to my liking's but glad you love your bike. Hi, from California.
So glad you found it inspirational. I hope your mom likes it!
Nice review. The iPod confused me a bit. Thought this was a review from 1995.
Yes, I'm still old school about some things. 🤣
They’re not any louder than the stock tires we’re at highway speeds.
you are very entertaining and funny haha!
Love this review
Thank you! I try to make it fun to watch.
Very through review. I just purchased a 2022 Africa Twin and wondered about chain and sprocket life. You mentioned the chains but not the sprockets but I'm assuming you changed them also. Good job.
I don't change sprockets unless i see wear. I'm very gentle on acceleration, apparently, so they don't get abused by torque as much.
The triumph triple engines are great for the torque and lovely to ride. It's a shame the 900 doesn't have shaft drive like the 1200.
I'm not a fan of shaft drive, so I'm happy it's not. 🙂
Excellent review! TY!😎
Glad you liked it!
Thanks.

So glad you liked it.
Thanks for the review, very insightful . I'm looking to buy the 2024 Gt pro.
Is there any excessive vibrations ?
No. I haven't experienced any or any buzzing. Very smooth throughout the rpm range.
I'm glad you appreciate the review!
Best wishes for your purchase. You'll love it. ❤️

I too, enjoyed the review !🙂
Thank you. I hope you'll stick around to check out some of my other videos as well.
What did you think of the stock Metzeller tyres ? I don’t find them very confidence inspiring
I found them to be adequate, but not the best.
love the review!
Thank you!
Like ABS, an electronically adjustable windscreen (if it has one) should be standard on every bike. It's not that complicated and raises the comfort by a mile. That alone makes me stick to my dull Burgman 650. I guess most people that design motorbikes don't have a driver license themself.
🤣 I've had that thought myself while working on bikes!
@@Czeching_Out_AmericaBy the way, lovely review. There aren't that many female motorcycle reviews, but they really add something to the whole picture.
When you replaced thr chains did you do the sprockets also? I thought chains should last a bit longer than that...closer to 20K miles. I would love to see you review the 1200 GT and compare 😬
I inspect the sprockets each time, but do not change them every time. I'm generally gentle on the throttle, so they tend to last.
Great review
Very good vid thank you just my bike love it
Glad you liked it!
Where do you ride? What kind of riding do you do?
@@Czeching_Out_America am from Scotland
Good one 👍 what is seat height? I am 5"7 inches and at present I ride Royal Enfield Interceptor 650cc Stock...
According to the spec sheet, it's just over 32". There is a low and a high seat adjustment though. I'm 5'8" with a long inseam. I comfortably flat foot on the low seat setting. Hope this helps.
@@Czeching_Out_America Thank you..
That’s well road tested
I took a GT pro for a test . It bit to much sit upright not sporty enough with body weight on bum . But very torquey engine if I was to put a air cushion seat and roll handle bars be perfect for me . I’ve had triple triumph street triple , Daytona 675 triple , triple are my favourite more than my v twin and on triumph’ is
Handling spot on
You might want to check out my video 2 part series on picking the right bike for you.
Sorry you're having problems. Definitely work with your dealer to resolve this.
Does it remember pre-load settings after switching the bike off and turning it on again? I saw another video that the only real complaint about the bike was after each fuel stop a person needed to set preload settings again, because he was riding with a passenger and luggage.
No. It never changed for me.
How about the vibration in the grips and pegs. I hear about this due to the way the triple fires.
I'm sensitive to that kind of vibration because I've had carpal tunnel. I'm not getting any issies with that.
I have a lot of vibration from the hand grips but nothing from the foot pegs and i even took the rubber pads off the foot pegs. A good quality pair of gloves helps a lot. Not really a problem. I can live with it.
'deadnuts reliable' my new catchphrase
Glad you like that! 👍
I have no issues adjusting the screen 😊
I don't either. It's only when I'm riding, not standing still.
@@Czeching_Out_America yeah no issues riding either , have you tried grabbing the screen at top ? That can help over seen others do it instead of using the bar
I'm not that strong or tall. It just isn't safe for me to adjust while in motion.
@@Czeching_Out_America no worries .
2000 miles on mine in the month that I’ve had it. My only different assessment is that I find the quickshifter a cute gimmick that has no advantage 90 percent of the time. Mine is turned off.
Interesting! I wasn't aware that it could be disabled. I'll have to check into that.
Great review I'm surprised that it uses oil ,
Looking at Triumph 900 and the 1200
I own a kawasaki SX 1000 doesn't use a single drop of oil ,
From Wales GB,
I totally agree. That's why I brought it up with the dealership. The response they gave me was that it was within spec to lose that much.
So....how much are those valve check services costing??
I recommend you call your local dealership for an estimate. Prices vary depending on how much out of spec they are and the hourly rate for labor. It is also part of service intervals with other services included.
I saw a difference of about $800 for the 12k service from one dealership to another.
In california the 12K service is 1700.00. This coming from the 2 dealerships I called in san diego and orange county.
Gracias por el video. Sera mi proxima motocicleta. Saludos desde España. ✌✌✌✌
Gracias
I was thinking that grips on demo bike looked odd, like not clean. Now with your review, it's clear why. They just low quality and get worn out very quickly. And surely, demo bike doesn't have even 10k on it, and they already look worn out. So, they look like that probably just due time, not even really through use.
Ingesting observation!
Thank you for the awesome upgrade details! I'm very glad you like the review. 😀
wow 40k miles in a year, would love to do that but weather in uk is only great for a few months :(
Come to the US to ride.
Kind of sad I’m taking my Versys 650 to work today (in New England)…. Wish it was a Tiger 900 😢
Hey, You're on 2! And the Versys is a great bike as well. :)
@@Czeching_Out_America True. Thanks. I dream of the day I’ll have cruise control for the highway… Great informative review btw.
I thought I mentioned tire life. It's from 10k-13k per rear. I normally get 1 front for every 2 rear.
How old the bike ? Dealership warranty…
Good question! It's a brand new 2023.
Get some barkbuster hand guards

@PovilasPanavas thank you for following up on this. I don't carry spare oil. I just keep an eye on it. It's never gone below the sight glass low mark.
@@Czeching_Out_America thank you for the review and the replies! :)
