Brian Shaw stands at 6'8 and 420 pounds and is the 4x worlds strongest man. He played college basketball on full scholarship before moving into strongman and excelling setting several world records. he has also won the arnold classic strongman and has a booming youtube channel @SHAWSTRENGTH @SHAWSTRENGTH @SHAWSTRENGTH

Oh yeah absolutely. Maintaining good muscle health when you're doing any kind of extreme muscle building like these guys do is super important. Helps reduce knots, stiffness, scar tissue and pain :)

I love Brian. My boyfriend introduced his channel to me and I love how he is not just about showing off what he does and how he works out but educates people on why he makes the choices he does. I find it so interesting to see how he can push himself both mentally and physically. That type of drive has always fascinated me and I find it very inspiring ❤️❤️❤️

Brian is full of positivity and doing great things with his life, he don’t talk politics or religion and it’s a refreshing place to come to get back to real life and just enjoy the simple things in life again after an insanely negative two years on this planet. He’s sooooo calm while Beau is digging those fingers in and almost everyone else we’ve seen is in agonizing pain. These strong men are something else, so amazing to watch. And I also love how all of your strong men have such a great understanding of their bodies when you work on them.
The one under the arm pit every single person is screaming, Brian carrying on with his normal conversation.
Well alot of strongmen are usually in constant pain to begin with

talking about body performance, one big difference between strongman and bodybuilder and other athletes in general is that strongman don't get in the low food part, they don't need to be fit, so they can get a lot in to help them with strenght and whatsoever, and atleast for me that's a big game changer, I'm nowhere near any of these guys, but when I get hungry my mood just go downhill, and when I'm eating well I'm just one of the happiest and sweetest ones

Brian walks around with certain physical aches but a huge smile on his face, just a great, naturally positive man, but after Beau did his magic you can instantly see his pure relief physically. Dr. Beau is a true black belt in his craft.

chiropractic won't completely fix the issue you have to implement new postures and motions that will help to upkeep the work. as with anything, after maintenance you need to continue taking care of the item in question for the progress to sticc

Well, considering the average person or male is around 5'8, 150lbs ish....i would consider 6ft or above and 200lbs or more to be a decent size. Also, comparing Beau to the size of some of his clients...hes alot bigger than alot of them.

I believe the great Arnold Schwarzenegger understands the importance of freedom probably to a greater degree than most of us as he is an immigrant to the USA. While we have personal freedoms here in the US, we also have moral responsibilities. One of our moral responsibilities is to get the Covid-19 vaccination if we are over 12-years-old. It is important for eligible Americans to become vaccinated so that our society develops "herd immunity." This protects vulnerable members of our society and children under the age of 12. Please think of others and do your part during this difficult time.

While Americans have many freedoms, we also have moral responsibilities. I didn't research Arnold's comment, but I am assuming Arnold is advocating for Americans to become vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus. When the vast majority of people are vaccinated, "herd immunity" is established which protects vulnerable people and children under 12 who are not currently eligible for the vaccine.
