The highlight of the oxtail is the blended seasoning. I do make all my seasoning from scratch. All natural seasoning! Ensure I always make enough to bottle and refrigerator. Love my Caribbean food and culture. The best! 🇯🇲🇯🇲

Jamaicans could cook ah real good oxtail and jerk. But nah That callaloo look like they just steam ochro and bahgi together. And you suppose to cook the curry powder through. hot oil and chunkay the garlic first then put in the curry powder. The chunkay garlic brings out the flavor in the curry. And by cooking the curry through it prevents ah wok belly. Soo that method i see they they lost some points. But any how the food look good overall.
