There was some other episode where one of them mentions the Beatles, the Carpenters, and the Fifth Dimension all in one sentence. Anyone remember? All great groups!!
When are you gonna stop worrying about me when you turn 60 and you can you believe he just turned 70 years old last week Barry Williams you were a great character actor brother Brady Bunch is a classic. I was only a year old when this came out, but I used to watch it on syndication in the early 80s never missed an episode.
I love this show 🎇 even though I was born about 9 years or so after it went off the air on tv and I only saw reruns and on apps like paramount. but I still love ❤️ it.
Every time the camera panned to Alice, she was shaking "seasoning (?)" on those burgers. I know they're fake, but, if they were real, with all that "seasoning", you couldn't eat them!!!
...I like how Marcia & Jan are getting their '..Secret Money...' for Greg, all OUT in the open! (3:24) ...not so 'secret', IS it, Jan!?? (2:55) ....ha-HAA!! ...Ladies & Gents, "The Partridge Bradys"....
Flesh and blood. They are not genetically connected. The girls and boys had separate biological parents. Sigh. Even the introduction song explains that. @@Racer997
Not sure but I'd be surprised if we saw that thing more than once or twice throughout all five seasons. This episode is probably the one where Carol and Mike are planning a big dinner for friends but the guest list keeps expanding, so then the evening's theme/food keeps changing--- from BBQ to Mexican to Smorgasbord, etc.
It’s like the Bunkers’ piano on All in the Family. It only appears when needed for the plot and the rest of the time, it’s safely out of the way so it doesn’t interrupt the staging of the episode.
I’ll tell you one thing when you grow up middle-class like I did you saw that backyard and that barbecue I mean you’re talking 1969 when this was filmed early 1970 look at that barbecue are you kidding me?
Great he mentions the Carpenters. My favourite 70s group!

Cool. But the best of that decade were Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd!
Love this show ! Takes alllll my troubles away !

When you envy the Partridge Family.
Sounds great, Greg.
I love it ❤
I know the Carpenters and I was born in 1979

Greg knows where all his sisters hide their secret anythings. After all, they are his flesh and blood.

@@Racer997 Strange and awkward comment
"And there are SIX of us Brady kids!"
"No, there are FIVE...remember, you can't sing Peter...or DANCE!"😮
!
When he’s 60? I think Barry Williams is going to be 70 next month.😮
Everybody wanted a cool band days!
Kitty Carryall is played by another actress in this episode. Also, Cindy is storing money inside her head.
Kitty Carryall really did carry it all.
@@gregorymoore2877 Love the new carry-alls they added to Lotro .
I have some bread. Can you dig it.
Groovy. I got some dough too!

This thread is hip, totally with it.
Bread? That's practically cake!
Peter 🥰
Lol at Jan's cut out book bank.
Why does everu family show have to have an episode where they sing
Oh for heaven's sake! You won't make 6 times as much money, you'll just have to divide it 6 ways lolol!
They were on to something, then Greg went and had to be Jonny Bravo.
Wouldn't you know Pete voice would change. So they had to rearrange.😋
They sick compared to Johnny Bravo. He fit the suit.
Greg is being like Harold Hill.
alice hammering the hamburgers. 🤣
It’s more of a suggestion to the hamburgers really
I think it was some kind of "seasoning" she was shaking on the "fake" burgers.
That brick BBQ make anymore appearances in the show? 🤔

In season five adios johnny bravo and Jan's senior banquet night😊
@@BrianSerpente Did they show it when Peter worked at Martinelli's bike shop (celebratory dinner for his "promotion") or was that just the patio set?

$150 was a lot of bread back in the day. Dig it man ? Peace
Shirley Jones was considered to be Carol Brady.
And the Cowsill kids were considered to be the Partridge kids.
"We can make the world a whole lot brighter"... sounds like MJ and Lionel Richie ripped off Greg and owe him royalties! 😋😋
Technically they owe Sherwood royalties
Why does he have to go to "the best" recording studio in town? Can't he go to a cheaper one?
The best by what metric? A good room, good equipment, and an engineer that knows what they're doing is really all you need.
At the end of the Davy Jones episode, Mr. Brady paid the kids to stop singing because they were so bad at it.
Except Peter.
And it took until 2024 for those outdoor grills to become a regular fixture in American homes.

They just put glasses on Jan since she was becoming way prettier than Marcia....
Eve wore glasses in real life and they wrote it into the show.
I saw a bit of their variety show, just awful, I think that Greg better keep that money and spend it on something else. They have NO TALENT.
Peter's voice wasn't cracking in this clip, so I don't think they had their sound yet.
