Yes, I am not sure if the cas writes an ISN to it or not.. I didn't check it after I erased the ISN and then started it.. but the car has been on the road since then with no problems..
I am not sure, I have never gotten out ISTA and checked... believe it or not, once you erase the ISN, you just hookup the cars plug, and viola, it all works... not sure if the cas just writes a new ISN or if it doesn't need one.. I know that autel will code the used trans when it is put into the car, but it can't erase the ISN.. you have to be plugged into the transmission directly...

After you erase the ISN can you use ISTA if you want to code/program....will ISTA see it as new??
